Claims (5)

  1. 실린더(1)에 로우터(2)가 삽입되어서 실린더(1)와 로우터(2) 사이에 동작공간(3a), (3b)이 구성되어 로우터(2)에 베인(6a-6e)이 미끄러져 움직이기 자유롭도록 삽입되었으며, 실린더(1), 로우터(2) 및 베인(6a-6e)에 둘러싸인 압축실(9a-9e)이 로우터(2)의 회전에 따라서 용적변화하여 흡입구멍(22a), (22b)으로부터 흡입한 기체를 압축실(9a-9e)에서 압축하여 배출구멍(23a-23d)에서 배출하는 베인형 회전압축기에 있어서, 실린더(1)의 한쪽 개방면을 제 l 헤드(8a)로 폐쇄하고 실린더(1)의 다른쪽 개방면을 사이드블록(7)으로 폐쇄하며, 이 사이블록(7)에 제 2 헤드(8b)를 굳게 장착하여 이 사이드블록(7)과 제 2 헤드(8b)에 따라 흡입구멍(22a), (22b)으로 통하는 저압실(18)과 배출구멍(23a), (23b)으로 통하는 고압실(19)이 구획 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 베인형 회전압축기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 배출구멍(23a)은 이 배출구멍의 1단이 동작공간(3a), (3b)으로 개구하고, 그 타단이 실린더(1)의 바깥면에 형성된 요부내에 개구하여, 요부의 바깥쪽을 둘러 싸도록 실린더(1)에 커버(26a), (26b)를 부착하여 실린더와 커버사이에 밸브삽입공간(28a), (28b)을 형성하고, 이 밸브삽입공간에 배출밸브(30a), (30b)를 배치하여 이 배출밸브에 따라 배출구멍(23a-23d)을 개폐하도록 하며, 또한 요부(25a), (25b)내와 고압실(19)을 연통하는 배출연통로(31a-31d), (32), (33), (53)를 실린더(1) 및 사이드블록(7)에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인형 회전압축기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 배출밸브(30a), (30b)는 로울형상임을 특징으로 하는 베인형 회전압축기.
  4. 실린더(1)에 로우터(2)가 삽입되어서 실린더와 로우터 사이에 동작공간(3a), (3b)이 구성되고, 로우터(2)에 베인(6a-6e)이 미끄러져 움직이기 자유롭도록 삽입되어, 실린더(1), 로우터(2) 및 베인(6a-6e)에 둘러 싸인 압축실(9a-9e)이 로우터(2)의 회전에 따라서 용적변화하여 흡입구멍(22a), (22b)으로부터 흡입한 기체를 압축실(9a-9e)에서 압축하여 배출구멍(23a-23d)으로부터 배출하는 베인형 회전압축기에 있어서, 실린더(1)의 한쪽의 개방면을 제 1 헤드(8a)로 폐쇄하고, 실린더(1)의 다른쪽의 개방면을 사이드블록(7)으로 폐쇄한 다음 이 사이드블록(7)에 제 2 헤드(8b)를 굳게 장착하여 사이드블록(7)와 제 2 헤드(8b)로 흡입구멍(22a), (22b)으로 통하는 저압실(18)과 배출구멍으로 통하는 고압실(19)이 구획 형성되었으며, 나아가서 사이드블록(7) 및 제 2 헤드(8b)에 용량가변기구를 내장한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인형 회전압축기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 용량가변기구는 압축개시위치를 조절하도록 사이드블록(7)에 회전운동이 자유롭도록설치된 조절부재(34)와 이 조절부재를 1회동방향으로 가압하는 탄성수단과 조절부재(34)를 탄성수단의 반가압방향으로 가압하는 압력이 발생하도록 고압실(19)에 오리피스(47)를 개재하여 연통하는 압력실(41a),(41b)와 이 압력실과 저압실(18)의 연통도를 저압실(18)의 압력에 따라서 조절하는 제어밸브(48)를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 베인형 회전압축기.
