Abstract

〈목적〉 내압성, 시일성 및 소음성이 우수한 스크롤형 압축기를 제공한다.
〈구성〉 고정 스크롤 및 가동 스크롤(8)의 스파이럴 벽(1b.8b)의 시작단부(1e,8c)는 스파이럴 벽(1b,8b)의 타 부위보다 두껍게 형성되어 있다. 시작단부(1e,8c)의 내벽면은 직선(L1,L2)으로 나타내는 평면 형상이며 가동스크롤(8)의 공전에 의해서 양평면(L1,L2)이 접착 분리한다. 스파이럴벽(1b,8b)의 앞끝면에는 시일부재(15,16)가 감입지지되어 있다. 시일 부재(15,16)의 시단부(15a,16a)는 스파이럴 벽(1b,8b)의 시단부(1e,8c)의 형상에 맞춰서 폭넓게 형성되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 가동 스크롤과 이 고정 스크롤에 대향해서 자전 불능하고 공전 가능하게 지지된 가동 스크롤과의 사이에 가동스크롤의 공전에 의해서 용적 감소하는 압축실을 형성하는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 고정 스크롤 및 가동스크롤의 스파이럴 벽 시작단부의 두께를 스파이럴 벽의 타부위의 두께보다 크게하고 양스크롤의 서로 대향하는 스크롤 기판과 스파이럴 벽의 앞끝면과의 사이에는 스크롤 기판과 미끄러져 접하는 스파이럴 상의 시일 부재를 끼우고 적어도 가동 스크롤과 일체적으로 움직이는 시일 부재의 시작 단부의 단면적을 시일 부재의 타부위의 단면적 보다 크게한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기의 시일 구조.
