Abstract

본 발명은 에틸렌과 하나이상의 C4-12단량체의 공중합체 및 이러한 공중합체의 제조방법과 용도에 관한 것이다. 이러한 공중합체는 기상 중합공정중에서 지지된 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조할 수 있다. 이러한 공중합체는 지글러-나타 촉매로부터 유도된 폴리에틸렌 수지의 조성분포와 단일 부위 촉매로부터 유도된 폴리에틸렌수지의 조성분포의 중간수준의 조성분포를 갖는다. 본 발명의 폴리에틸렌은 필름의 제조 및 특정한 다른 용도에 특히 적합하다.

Description

좁은 조성분포를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체, 그의 제조방법 및 용도(ETHYLENE COPOLYMERS HAVING NARROW COMPOSITION DISTRIBUTION, THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE)

제1도는 선행기술에 의해서 제조된 필름과 비교하여 본 발명의 취입성형 필름의 다트 충격강도의 역제곱근대 평균 기계방향(MD) 및 교착기계방향(TD)할선 모듈러스의 관계를 나타낸다.
제2도는 선행기술에 의해서 제조된 필름과 비교하여 본 발명의 캐스트성형 필름의 다트 충격강도의 역제곱근 대 평균 MD 및 TD 할선 모듈러스의 관계를 나타낸다.
제3도는 선행기술에 의해서 제조된 필름과 비교하여 본 발명의 필름의 고온 점착강도와 시일(seal) 온도사이의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 약 2.0 미만의 M2/Mw비(제3모멘트 대 제2모멘트의 비)를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체 수지를 80중량% 이상으로 함유하고 100g/mill을 초과하는 다트 충격강도를 갖는 제1층을 하나이상 포함하는 중합체성 필름.
  2. 50 내지 85%의 조성분포 폭 지수(CDBI) 및 약 2.0 미만의 Mz/Mw비를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체 수지를 80중량%이상으로 함유하고 약 100g/mill을 초과하는 다트 충격강도를 갖는 캐스트(cast)필름인 제1층을 하나이상 포함하는 중합체성 필름.
  3. 50 내지 85%의 CDBI를 갖는 중합체로부터 성형되고, 하기 식으로 표시되는 다트 충격강도를 갖는 중합체성 캐스트 필름.
    D1/2≥1/[(2.4927×10-6) (M)+0.02]
    상기식에서, D는 다트 충격강도이고, M은 평균 기계방향(MD) 및 교차기계방향(TD) 1% 할선 모듈러스이다.
  4. 약 0.1 내지 약 5dg/분의 용융지수 및 0.900 및 0.940g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 에티렌 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체를 85중량% 이상으로 함유하고, 약 15% 미만의 흐림도 및 약 100g/mil 이상의 다트충격강도를 갖는 제1층을 포함하는 중합체성 취입성형 필름.
  5. 50 내지 85%의 CDBI를 갖는 중합체로부터 성형되고, 하기 식으로 표시되는 다트 충격강도를 갖는 중합체성 취입성형 필름:
    D1/2≥1/[(2.4927×10-6)(M)-0.02]
    상기식에서, D는 다트 충격강도이고, M은 평균 MD 및 TD 1% 할선 모듈러스이다.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신장성 필름인 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60℃에서 48시간동안 노화시킨 후에 측정된 다트 충격강도가 약 310g/mil 이상인 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60℃에서 48시간동안 노화시킨 후에 측정된 다트 충격강도가 320g/mil 이상인 필름.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60℃에서 48시간동안 노화시킨 후에 측정된 다트 충격강도가 약 600g/mil 이상인 필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60℃에서 48시간동안 노화시킨 후에 측정된 다트 충격강도가 약 1OOOg/mil 이상인 필름.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 2%, 바람직하게는 1% 미만의 추출성분 함량을 갖는 필름.
  12. a) 에틸렌, 하나이상의 C3-12올레핀 공단량체 및 지지된 메탈로센촉매를 반응조건하에서 기상 중합 반응기중으로 도입시켜 제1중합체를 형성시키는 단계(이때, 상기 지지된 메탈로센 촉매와 반응조건은 약 50 내지 약 85%의 CDBI 및 약 2.0 미만의 Mz/Mw를 갖는 제1중합체를 형성시킬 수 있도록 선택된다); b) 상기 제1중합체를 상기 반응기로부터 제거하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 제1중합체를 필름으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공단량체가 부텐, 헥센 및 옥텐 또는 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 약 10% 미만의 흐림도, 45에서 약 40% 이상의 광택도, 및 약 2.0 미만의 Mz/Mw를 갖는 필름.
  15. 50 내지 약 85%의 CDBI를 갖는 에틸렌 공중체로부터 성형되고, 600g/mil이상의 다트 충격강도 및 25,000psi(172,375kPa)이상의 평균 MD 및 TD 1% 할선 모듈러스를 갖는 필름.
