Abstract
3-차 어셈블리지의 1차, 바람직하게 2차 및 가장 바람직하게 3-차 축을 따라 비교적 균일한 물리적 특성을 갖는 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 매우 유리한 3-차 가시 어셈블리지가 제조될 수 있다는 것이 이제 알려졌다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 바람직한 조성물은 적어도 1차 축을 따라 균일한 물리적 특성을 가지고, 어셈블리지의 적어도 한 평면에서 비교적 등방성이고, 가장 바람직하게 전체 3-차 구조를 통해 등방성인 물리적 특성을 가진다.

Claims (25)
- 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로 본질적으로 구성되는 물질의 조성물로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는 물질의 조성물.
- (a) 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지; 및 (b) (ⅰ) 미립자 고체, 또는 (ⅱ) 전기활성 물질; (ⅲ) 피브릴의 부당 50부 이하의 양으로 촉매적으로 활성인 금속 또는 금속-함유 화합물로 구성되는 제2성분으로 구성되는 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기활성 성분이 납 또는 납 화합물, 또는 망간 또는 망간 화합물인 복합체 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 물질이 산화알루미늄, 이산화규소 또는 탄화규소인 복합체 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 물질이 촉매인 복합체 물질.
- 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어셈블리지가 그의 적어도 1차 축을따라 비교적 균일한 물리적 특성 및 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 잦는 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 1차 축을 따라 실질적으로 균일한 물리적 특성을 갖는 3-차 어셈블리지.
- (a) 제6항에 따른 피브릴의 어셈블리지, 및 (b) 상기 어셈블리지내에 적어도 부분적으로 함유된 제2물질로 구성되는 복합체 물질.
- 다수의 램덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어셈블리지가 그의 적어도 한 평면을 따라 비교적 등방성의 물리적 특성 및 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 평면내에 실질적으로 등방성의 물리적 특성을 갖는 3-차 어셈블리지.
- (a) 제9항에 따른 피브릴의 어셈블리지 및 (b) 상기 어셈블리지 내에 적어도 부분적으로 함유된 제2물질로 구성되는 복합체 물질.
- 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어셈블리지가 비교적 등방성의 물리적특성 및 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 실질적으로 등방성의 물리적 특성을 갖는 3-차 어셈블리지.
- (a) 제12항에 따른 피브릴의 어셈블리지 및 (b) 상기 어셈블리지내에 적어도 부분적으로 함유된 제2물질로 구성되는 복합체 물질.
- 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 다수의 램덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지를 제조하는 방법으로서; (a) 매질내 다수의 상기 피브릴을 분산시키고는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 매질로부터 상기 어셈블리지를 분리시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 0.05-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 상기 탄소피브릴의 다공성 매트 또는 시이트의 형성 방법으로서; (a) 물 또는 유기 용매내에서 다수의 상기 피브릴을 격렬하게 분산시키므로써, 10.0중량%이하의 피브릴을 함유하는 분산액을 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 분산액을 여과시켜서 상기 다공성 매트 또는 시이트를 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 0.05-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 상기 탄소피브릴의 다공성 매트 또는 시이트의 형성 방법으로서; (a) 물 또는 유기 용매내에서 다수의 상기 피브릴을 격렬하게 분산시키므로써, 10.0중량%이하의 피브릴을 함유하는 분산액을 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 분산액으로부터 물 또는 유기 용매를 증발시키므로써 상기 다공성 매트 또는 시이트를 남기는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 0.001-0.05 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 상기 탄소피브릴의 저-밀도 다공성 플러그의 형성방법으로서; (a) 유체내 다수의 탄소 피브릴을 포함하고, 10.0중량% 이하의 피브릴을 포함하는 겔 또는 페이스트를 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 유체의 임계 온도 이상의 온도까지 압력 용기에서 상기 겔 또는 페이스트를 가열시키는 단계; (c) 상기 압력 용기로부터 초음계 유체를 제거하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 압력 용기로부터 상기 다공성 플러그를 제거하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- (a) 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 g㎜/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지, 및 (b) 제2물질로 구성되는 복합체를 제조하는 방법으로서; (a) 매질내 다수의 상기 피브릴 및 제2물질을 분산시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 매질로부터 상기 복합체를 분리시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제15항의 방법에 의해 제조된 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 제19항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합체.
- (a) 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실필적으로 수직 이하인 c-측들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 다수의 램덤하게 배향된 탄소피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지; 및 (b) (ⅰ) 미립자고체, 또는 (ⅱ) 전기활성 물질; 또는 (ⅲ) 피브릴의 부당50부 이하의 양으로 촉매적으로 활성인 금속 또는 금속-함유 화합물로 구성되는 제2성분으로 구성되는 복합체 물질.
- 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직 이하인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어ㅔㅁ블리지가 그의 적어도 1차축을 따라 비교적 물리적 특성 및 0.001-0.5 gm/㏄㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 다수의 램덤하게 배향된 탄소피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지로서, 상기 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직 이하인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-7O㎜의 직경을 가지며, 상기 어셈블리지가 비교적 등방성의 물리적 특성 및 0.001-0.50 gm/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는 3-차 가시 어셈블리지.
- 피브릴이 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 실질적으로 원통형이고, 그들의 원통형 축에 실질적으로 수직이하인 c-축들을 가지고, 열분해적으로 침적된 탄소가 실질적으로 없고, 약 3.5-70㎜의 직경을 가지며, 어셈블리지가 0.001-0.50 g㎜/㏄의 괴밀도를 갖는, 다수의 랜덤하게 배향된 탄소 피브릴의 3-차 가시 어셈블리지를 제조하는 방법으로서; (a) 매질내 다수의 상기 피브릴을 분산시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 매질로부티 상기 어셈블리지를 분리시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
