Abstract

차량의 객실 또는 차체의 제조에 사용되는 플라스틱제의 강화 전방 차체(1)는 충분한 차체 강성을 부여하기 위해, 차량에 있어서 전방, 바닥, 본네트 측면 및, 흙받이(12)용 형체와 차량의 내측으로 향하는 측면(2)에 개구 또는 공동을 갖는 2개의 측면으로 구성되는 5개의 측면에 폐쇄 벽을 갖는 단일부품의 박스형 유닛으로서 주조 또는 성형된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량의 객실 또는 차체의 제조에 사용되도록 대형 플라스틱 차체 유닛으로 설계되는 전방 차체 또는 차량 객실에 있어서, 전방 자체 또는 객실은 전방, 바닥, 본네트 측면 및 흙받이용 형체와 차랴의 내측으로 향하는 쪽에 개구 또는 공동을 갖는 두개의 측면에 의해 강화된 전방 자체를 형성하는 5개의 측면에 폐쇄형 상호 보강벽을 갖는 단일부품의 자체 지지가능한 박스형 유닛으로 주조 또는 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 차체 또는 차량 객실.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방 차체의 적어도 상향 만곡면은 더욱 강화하기 위해 곡면으로 설계되며, 도어기둥 전방 엣지의 후방으로 연장하는 차량의 계기반 또는 그 기판을 설치하기 위한 신축가능한 부분과 계단형 상부를 갖도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 차체 또는 차량 객실.
