Abstract
본 발명은 비정질 실리카 또는 실리카 피복된 입자에 안티몬 함유 산화주석의 2차원 망상구조를 포함하는 피복물을 도포하여 실질적으로 백색의 도전성 불말을 제조하는 바업에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조할 수 있는 ECP에 대한 안티몬의 중량% 대 L*a*b*의 구성도이다.
Claims (10)
- (a)미립 기질을 포함하는 수현탁액을 제공하는 단계; (b)가수분해성 4가 주석염과 3가 안티몬염을 포함하는 별도의 수용액을 제조하고, 적어도 1종의 양이온을 임의로 가하는 단계; (c)상기 주석염 용액과 안티몬염용액을 합치고, pH를 약 -0.5 내지 약 -1.0의 범위로 조정하는 단계; (d)상기 현탁액에 합친 염용액을 가함으로써 상기 미립 기질의 기질 표면상에 안티몬과 주성의 함수 산화물을 포함하는 피복층을 피복층을 도포하는 단계; (e)단계 (d)로부터 고상물을 회수하고, 수용성 종이 실질적으로 없는 회수된 고상물을 임의로 세척하고, 건조하는 단계; 및 (f)회수된 고상물을 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는, 안티몬 함유 산화주석 결정의 도전성 망상구조를 포함하는 표면 피복물과 함께 비정질 실리카 쉘(shell) 또는 비정질 실리카가 피복된 입자를 포함하는 도전성 분말 조성물의 제조 방법.
- (a)미립 기질을 포함하는 수현탁액을 제공하는 단계; (b)안티몬원과주석원을 포함하는 수용액을 제조하고, 적어도 1종의 양이온을 임의로 가하는 단계; (c) 상기 용액이 pH를 약 -1.0 미만으로 조정하는 단계; (d)상기 현택액에 상기 용액을 가함으로써, 상기 미립 기질의 기질 표면상에 안티몬과 주석의 함수 산화물을 포함하는 피복층을 도포하는 단게; (e)단계 (d)로부터 상기 층 중의 안티몬의양이 산화주적을 기준으로 약 3중량%미만인 고상물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 안티몬을 함유 산화주석 결정을 포함하는 표면 피복물과 함께 적어도 1종의 기징 입자를 포함하는 실질적으로 백색의 도전성 분말 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기질 입자가 실리카 피복된 티탄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 비륨, 스트론튬, 아연, 주석, 니켈 및 철의 산화물; 실리카 피복된 운모, 코디어라이트, 에노싸이트 및 파이로피라이트; 실리카 피보된 칼슘, 바륨 및 스론튬의 탄산염 및 황산염 및 이들이 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (e)비정질 실리카 표면을 갖는 입자를 포함하는 상기 기질을 포함하는 상기 현탁액에,이 현탁액의 pH를 약 1.5 내지 3.5의 범위로 유지시키고, 현탁액의 온도를 약 25 내지 100℃의 범위로 유지시키면서, 주석염과 안티몬염의 합친 용액을 가하고; 안티몬 함유 산화주석 결정의 실질적으로 균일한 층을 약 5 내지 약 20mm 두께로 실질적으로 균일하게 퇴적시키는 단계; (f)수현탁액을 연속 교반하면서 약 30 내지 60분에 걸쳐서 약 25 내지 100℃로 유지시키는 단계; (g)고상물을 회수하고, 염소 이온이 실질적으로 없는 회수된 고상물을 세척하고, 세척된 생성물을 건조하는 단계; 및 (h)세척된 생성물을 약 550 내지 약 900℃의 온도에서 적어도 1시간 동안 하속시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기질 입자가 비정질 실리카의 중공쉘을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기질 입자가 비정질 실리카 피복된 이산화티탄을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기질 입자가 비정질 실리카 피복된 운모를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 기질 입자와 함께 산화주석을 기준으로 약3중량%미만의 안티몬을 함유하는 산화주석 결정을 포함하고, 반사율이 약 85%를 넘는 도전성 분말.
- 제8항에 있어서, 건조 분말 저항이 약2,000ohm 미만인 분말.
- 제8항에 있어서, 기질 입자가 실리카 피복된 티탄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 바륨, 스트론튬, 아연, 주석, 니켈 및 철의 산화물; 실리카 피복된 운모, 코디어라이트, 에노싸이트 및 파이로필라이트; 실리카 피복된 칼슘, 바륨 및 스톤론듐의 탄산염 및 황산염, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것인 분말.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
