Claims (6)
- (a)アルミニウム前駆体100重量部に対して、亜鉛前駆体:3〜6重量部、スズ前駆体:1〜3重量部および残部の酸化アルミニウムからなる前駆体水溶液を混合して金属前駆体水溶液を製造する段階と、
(b)前記金属前駆体水溶液をナトリウム塩水溶液によりpH6.0〜8.0の範囲で滴定した後、加水分解して混合ゲルを製造する段階と、
(c)前記混合ゲルを60〜100℃の温度で4〜30時間熟成する段階と、
(d)前記熟成された混合ゲルを60〜200℃の温度で5〜20時間乾燥する段階と、
(e)前記乾燥された混合ゲルを850〜1,300℃の温度で2〜10時間結晶化して結晶化されたケーキを製造する段階と、
(f)前記結晶化されたケーキを常温で冷却させた後、20〜100℃の温度で0.5〜35%の硫酸溶液で分散させ、これを濾過、水洗および乾燥して、厚さ0.1〜2.0μm、直径10〜50μm、アスペクト比150以上であるαアルミナ結晶体を製造する段階と、
(g)前記αアルミナ結晶体上に、金属層および微細重合体粒子層からなる異種材質の二重層以上の多層のコーティング層を形成するコーティング層の形成段階と、
(h)前記多層のコーティング層が形成されたαアルミナ結晶体上にセリウム層をコーティングする段階と、

を含むことを特徴とする、真珠光沢顔料の製造方法。 - アルミニウム前駆体100重量部に対して、亜鉛前駆体:3〜6重量部、スズ前駆体:1〜3重量部および残部の酸化アルミニウムからなり、
厚さ0.1〜2.0μm、直径10〜50μm、アスペクト比150以上であるαアルミナ結晶体の表面に、金属層および微細重合体粒子層からなる異種材質の二重層以上の多層のコーティング層を備え、
さらに前記多層のコーティング層が形成されたαアルミナ結晶体上にセリウムコーティング層と、
前記セリウムコーティング層上にアルミニウム酸化物コーティング層を有する
ことを特徴とする、真珠光沢顔料。 - 前記アルミニウム前駆体は、
硫酸アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウムおよび塩化アルミニウムのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の真珠光沢顔料。 - 前記亜鉛前駆体は、
硫酸亜鉛、硝酸亜鉛および塩化亜鉛のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の真珠光沢顔料。 - 前記スズ前駆体は、
硫酸スズ、硝酸スズおよび塩化スズのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の真珠光沢顔料。 - 前記金属層は、
TiO2、ZrO2、Sb2O3、ZnS、SnO2、ZnO、CaF2、MgF2、ZnS、およびFe2O3のいずれか1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の真珠光沢顔料。
