Abstract

본 발명은 복제방지기능을 구비한 광디스크(9) 및 그 재생장치(47) 및 광디스크의 재생방법 및 광디스크원반의 제조방법 및 불법 프로그램 동작 정지 방법을 제공하는 것으로, 광디스크에 일정패턴의 신호의 다음에 아이패턴의 중심을 진폭의중심으로 부터 시프트한 CP신호(24)를 기록한 영역을 설치하고, 재생장치에는 CP신호의 배치정보(25) 또는 CP선행신호(26)를 검출한 다음, RF신호를 디지틀신호로 복조하는 경우의 최소한계치로 오프셋 전압을 가하여 변화시킴에 따라 아이패턴의 중심을 진폭의 중심으로 부터 시프트한 신호를 정규로 재생하여 일정한 오프셋의 신호를 재생하지 않으면 재생을 정지하는 기능을 부가하고 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. 기록신호를 재생하였을때에 재생장치에 있어서의 애널로그신호처리부에서의 최적 슬라이스레벨에 상당하는 기록신호의 아이패턴의 중심이 아이패턴의 진폭의 중심으로 부터 시프트된 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역과, 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역의 존재 또는 위치를 나타낸 신호의 기록된 제2기록영역 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  2. 기록트랙에 있어서의 신호기록부의 충격비를 표준적값으로 부터 시프트한 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역과, 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역의 존재 또는 위치를 나타낸 신호의 기록된 제2기록영역 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기로매체.
  3. 청구 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1기록영역내에 제1기록영역의 종료가 가까워짐을 나타낸 신호를 더욱 기록한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  4. 청구 제1~3항 중의 한항에 있어서, 제2기록영역은, 재생시에 제1기록영역에 선행하는 위치인지 혹은 판독영역에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  5. 기록트랙에 있어서의 신호기록부의 충격비를 표준적값으로 부터 시프트한 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역과, 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역의 존재 또는 위치를 나타낸 신호의 기록된 제2기록영역 등을 구비한 광디스크를 성형함에 따라 제조하기 위하여 사용하는 광디스크의 원반의 제조방법으로서 광디스크원반으로 된 기재(基材)에 포토레지스트를 도포하고, 이 포토레지스트를 기록하여야 할 정보신호에 의하여 강도를 변조한 광(light)으로 감광시켜 포토레지스트를 현상하여 그 감광도에 대응한 요철형상의 피트를 광디스크 원반으로 된 기재로 형성함에 있어 정보신호의 기록등화량을 변화시켜 피트의 길이와 피트 사이 길이의 충격비를 변화시킴에 따라 아이패턴의 중심을 진폭의 중심으로 부터 특정한 관계에서 시프트한 신호영역을 형성하는 스텝을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체 원반의 제조방법.
  6. 기록트랙에 있어서의 신호기록부의 충격비를 표준적값으로 부터 시프트한 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역과 오프셋신호가 기록된 제1기록영역의 존재 또는 위치를 나타낸 신호의 기록된 제2기록영역 등을 구비한 광디스크를 성형함에 따라 제조하기 위하여 사용하는 광디스크 원반의 제조방법으로서, 광디스크 원반으로 된 기재에 포토레지스트를 도포하고, 이 포토레지스트를 기록하여야 할 정보신호에 따라 강도변조한 빛으로 감광시키고, 그런다음 포토레지스트를 현상하여 그 감광도에 대응한 요철형상의 피트를 광디스크 원반으로 된 기재에 형성함에 있어 포토레즈스트를 감광시키는 빛의 강도를 변화시킴에 따라 그 강도변화에 따라서 아이패턴의 중심을 진폭의 중심으로 부터 시프트한 신호영역을 형성하는 스텝을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 원반의 제조방법.

  8. 특정패턴의 신호를 검출한 다음, RF신호를 디지탈신호로 복조하는 경우의 최소 한계치를 변화시키는 스텝을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 재생방법.

  12. 제11항에 있어서, 광디스크의 일부영역에 기록하고 있는 오프셋신호배치 정보를 재생하여 오프셋신호배치정보에 나타나있는 특정의 관계에서 오프셋신호가 광디스크의 특정한 영역에 기록되어 있음을 오프셋신호감지부가 검지하였을 경우에만 광디스크의 데이터의 출력, 그렇지 않으면 프로그램동작을 계속시키고 검지하지않을 경우에는 정지시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특지으로 하는 광디스크 재생장치

  16. 광디스크의 일부여역에 기록하고 있는 오프셋신호 배치정보를 재생하여 오프셋신호 배치정보에 나타낸 특정관계에서 오프셋신호가 광디스크의 특정영역에 기록되어 있음을 오프셋신호검지부가 검지하였을 경우에만 광디스크의 데이터의 출력, 그렇지않으면 프로그램동작을 계속시키며, 검지하지 않을 경우에는 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불법 프로그램 동작 정지방법.

  19. 디스크의 물리적 특징을 추출한 디스크물리 특징정보를 한 방향성 함수로 암호화하여 암호기록부에 기록한 광디스크로 부터 디스크 물리특징 정보를 재생하는 수단과, 재생신호를 암호해독기로 평문화하는 수단과, 디스크 물리 특징정보를 얻음과 동시에, 광디스크로 부터 디스크의 물리적 특징을 측정하는 측정수단과, 측정 수단으로 부터 측정디스크 물리적 특징 정보를 얻어서 물리적 특징정보와 검사하는 검사수단과, 검사수단에 있어서의 검사결과가 일정한 관계를 만족하였을 경우에만 광디스크의 재생 또는 광디스크에 기록된 프로그램을 동작시키는 수단 등을 구비하고 있음을 특지으로 하는 재생장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 한 방향성함수로 RSA함수, 타원함수, 공개 키이 암호 함수 중의 어느 것인가를 사용하였음을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 디스크상의 데이터의 특정한 애드레스의 배치각도를 포함하는 배치좌표를 물리적 특징 정보로서 사용하기 때문에 측정수단이 광디스크의 정보재생시에 애드레스 검출을 함을 특징으로 하는 애드레스 검출수단과 적어도 특정한 애드레스의 디스크상의 배치각도를 검출하기 위한 디스크의 회전각도 검출수단 등을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
