Abstract
본 발명은 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3의 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 5중량% 이상 함유하는 중합 용매중에서 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖는 단량체를 최소한 함유하는 중합가능한 단량체 성분을 용액 중합시킴을 포함하는 방수방유제 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3의 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 5중량% 이상 함유하는 중합 용매중에서 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖는 단량체를 최소한 함유하는 중합가능한 단량체 성분을 용액 중합시키므로써 수득하는 방수방유제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 성분이 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖는 단량체와 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖지 않는 단량체의 중량비 20/80 내지 100/0의 혼합물이고, 단량체 성분과 중합 용매의 합계 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 내지 50중량%의 단량체 성분을 함유하는 방수방유제 조성물.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합 용매가 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄올 10중량% 이상 함유하는 방수방유제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판, 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판,1,1,1,2,2-펜타플루오로부탄,1,1,1,2,3,3,4-헵타플루오로부탄, 1,1,1,2,3,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,-옥타플루오로부탄, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로사이클로부탄, 1,2,3,3,4,4-헥사플루오로사이클로부탄, 2-트리플루오로부틸, 1,1,1,2,4,4-헥사플루오로펜탄, 1,1,1,2,2,5,5,5-옥타플루오로펜탄, 2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,2,3,3,4,4-옥타플루오로펜탄,1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄,2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5-옥타플루오로헥산, 2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,2,3,4,5,5,5-노나플루오로헥산 및 2-트리플루우로메틸-1,1,1,3,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로헥산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 방수방유제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-옥타플루오로부탄, 1,2,3,3,4,4-헥사플루오로사이클로부탄 및 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 방수방유제 조성물.
- 비등점은 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 5중량% 이상 함유하는 중합 용매중에서 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖는 단량체를 최소한 함유하는 중합가능한 단량체 성분을 용액 중합시키는 방수방유제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 성분이 폴리플루오로알킬 그룹을 갖는 단량체와 폴리플로오로알킬 그룹을 갖지 않는 단량체의 중량비 20/80 내지 100/0의 혼합물이고, 단량체 성분과 중합 용매의 합계 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 내지 50중량%의 단량체 성분을 함유하는 방수방유제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합 용매가 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄올 10중량% 이상 함유하는 방수방유제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 불소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오루카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판, 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판,1,1,1,2,2-펜타플루오로부탄,1,1,1,2,3,3,4-헵타플루오로부탄, 1,1,1,2,3,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄, 1,1,2,2,3,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-옥타플루오루부탄, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로사이클로부탄,1,2,3,3,4,4-헥사플루오로사이클로부탄,2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,2,4,4,-헥사플루오로펜탄, 1,1,1,2,2,5,5,5-옥타플루오로펜탄, 2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,2,3,3,4,4-옥타플루오로펜탄, 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄, 2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5,-옥타플루오로헥산,2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,2,3,4,5,5,5-노나플루오로헥산및 2-트리플루오로메틸-1,1,1,3,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로헥산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 방수방유제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비등점이 0 내지 150℃이고, 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 및 탄소원자수가 4 내지 6이고, 블소원자수가 4 이상인 하이드로플루오로카본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-옥타플루오로부탄, 1,2,3,3,4,4-헥사플루오로사이클로부탄 및 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 방수방유제 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
