Abstract

본 발명은 차계로 (i)200℃의 온도 및 2MPa의 압력하에서 최소한 4.0%의 변형지수를 갖는 불투명 지지기판, (ⅱ)아크릴 수지로 구성되는 접착제층, 및 (ⅲ)수용층으로 구성되며 상용성 도너 시트와 합체되어 사용되는 열 전달 프린팅 리시버 시트에 관한다.

리시버 시트(RECEIVER SHEET)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 중합체 지지기판(2), 지지기판 바로 위의 아크릴 접착제 층(3), 그 위의 염료 감응 수용층(4)으로 구성되는 TTP리시버 시트(1)의 도식적인 부분 일면도(수치는 나타내지 않음)이다.
제3도는 TTP공정의 도식적인 입면도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 200℃의 온도 및 2MPa의 압력하에서 변형지수가 최소한 4.0%인 불투명 지지기판으로 구성되고 상용성 도너 시트와 합체되어 사용되는 리시버 시트로서, 상기 지지기판의 표면상에 접착제층이 위치하며 이 층은 아크릴 수지로 구성되고 기판과 접촉하고 있지 않은 층 표면상에 도너 시트로부터 열전달 되어온 염료를 수용하는 염료-감응 수용층을 갖는 열전달 프린팅 리시버 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지가 아크릴산 에스테르 및/또는 메타크릴상 에스테르, 및/또는 이들의 유도체로부터 유도된 최소한 하나의 단량체 50-100몰%로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지가 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 알킬 메타크릴레이트로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  4. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지가 메틸 메타크릴레이트/에틸 아크릴레이트/메타크릴아미드의 삼중합체로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  5. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 중합 유연제로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유연제가 올레핀 중합체로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  7. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 무기 미립 충전재로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 충전재가 티타늄 디옥사이드로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  9. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용층이 플로에스테르 수지로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
  10. 200℃의 온도 및 2MPa의 압력하에서 최소한 4.0%의 변형지수를 갖는 불투명 지지기판을 만드는 단계, 상기 지지기판의 표면상에 아크릴 수지로 구성되는 접착제층을 공급하는 단계 및 상기 기판과 접촉하고 있지 않은 접착체 층의 표면상에 도너 시트로부터 열전달되어 온 염료를 수용하는 염료 감응 수용층을 공급하는 단계로 구성되는, 상용성 도너 시트와 합체되어 사용되는 프린팅 리시버 시트 제조방법.
