제1도는 앞면에 염료-수용성 수용층 3을 뒷면에 받침 층4를 갖는 중합체 지지 기판 2로 구성되는 TTP리시버 시트 1의 일부분의 종단면도이다.
제2도는 리시버 시트가 독립적인 이형층 5를 포함하는 종단면도이다.
제3도는 앞면에 전사층 8을 갖고 뒷면에 중합체 보호층 9을 갖는 중합체 기판 7로 구성되는 TTP 도너 시트 6의 종단면도 이다.
Claims (10)
- 지지 기판의 최소한 한 표면에 도너 시트로 부터 열 전사된 염료를 받는 염료 수용성 수용층을 가지는, 양립하는 도너시트와 함께 사용되는 열 전사 인쇄 리시버 시트에 있어서, 수용층이 염료 수응 중합체 및 최소한 하나의 가소방지제층의 0.5-30중량 %로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전사 인쇄 리시버 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소방지제가 1000을 초과하지 않는 분자량의 방향족 에스테르 최소한 하나로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 에스테르가 단일의 독립적인 벤젠 또는 나프탈렌 환으로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 제2항 또는 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 에스테르가 최소한 하나의 할로겐 원자로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 할로겐 원자가 염소 원자인 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염료 수용 중합체가 코폴리에스테르로 구성되는 리시버 시트
- 제6항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르가 에틸렐 테레프탈레이프 및 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트의 공중합체로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 배향된 폴리에스테르 필름인 리시버 시트.
- 지지 기판의 최소한 한 표면에, 도너 시트로 부터 열전사된 염료를 받아들이기 위한 염료 수용성 수용층을 가지는 지지기판을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 수용층이 염료 수용 중합체 및 최소한 한 가소방지제 층의 0.5-30중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 양립하는 도너 시트와 함께 사용되는 열 전사 인쇄 리시버 시트를 제조하는 방법.
