제1도는 앞면에 염료-수용성 수용층 3을 갖고 뒷면에 받침층 4를 갖는 중합체 지지기판 2로 구성되는 TTP리시버 시트 1의 일부분의 종단면도이다.
제2도는 리시버 시트가 독립적인 이형층 5를 포함하는 종단면도이다.
제3도는 앞면에 전사층 8을 갖고 뒷면에 중합체 보호층 9를 갖는 중합체 기판 7로 구성되는 TTP도너 시트 6의 종단면도이다.
Claims (13)
- 평균 입자 크기가 50-250㎚인 필름을 형성하지 않는 불활성 미립자 물질과 중합수지 결합체로 구성된 받침층을 기판의 두번때 면에 포함하는 것으로 특징되고, 도너 시트로 부터 열적으로 전사된 염료를 받아들이는 염료-수용의 수용층을 첫번째 면에 가지는 지지 기판으로 구성되는, 양립하는 도너 시트와 함께 사용하는 열 전사 인쇄 리시버 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 물질의 입자크기가 5-150㎚인 리시버 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미립자 물질이 50-50㎚의 평균 직경을 갖는 작은 입자와 70-150㎚의 평균 직경을 갖는 큰 입자와의 혼합물로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미립자 물질이 클로이드상 실리카 및 /또는 알루미나를 포함하는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 결합체가 열경화성 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 양립하지 않는 수지 충진제나 미립자 무기 충전제로 구성된 효과량의 보이딩 에이젼트를 함유하는 리시버 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 충전제가 황산바륨으로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 배양된 열가소성의 중합체 필름을 포함하는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염료-수용성 중합체가 코폴리에스테르로 구성되는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판으로 부터 떨어져 있는 수용층면의 최소 부분에 이형층을 포함하는 리시버 시트.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 정전기 방지층을 포함하는 리시버 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 정전기 방지층이 (a)에톡실화된 하이드록시아민의 폴리클로로하이드린 에테를 및 (b)폴리글리콜 디아민으로 구성되고 성분 (a)와 (b)의 총 알칼리 금속 함량이 (a)와 (b)를 합한 중량의 0.5%를 초과하지 않는 리시버 시트.
- 도너 시트로 부터 열적으로 전사된 염료를 받아들이는 염료-수용의 수용층을 첫번째 면에 갖고 평균 입자 크기가 5-250㎚인 필름을 형성하지 않는 불활성 미립자 물질과 중합 수지 결합체로 구성된 받침층을 두번째 면에 가지는 지지 기판을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는, 양립하는 도너 시트와 함께 사용하는 열 전사인쇄 리시버 시트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
