Abstract
본 발명은 전극 제조용 은/염화은 중합체 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 조성물은 (a) 중합체가 아크릴, 우레탄 또는 혼합물인 수분산성 중합체 3 내지 15%; (b) Ag 25내지 95%; (c) AgCl 5 내지 75%로 이루어지며, (a), (b) 및 (c)가 물 및 1 중량% 이상의 유기 공동용매에 분산되어 있다.

Claims (12)
- 건조 중량을 기준으로, (a) 중합체가 아크릴, 우레탄 또는 혼합물인 수분산성 중합체 3내지 15%: (b) Ag 25 내지 95%: (c) AgCl 5 내지 75%로 이루어지며, (a), (b) 및 (c)가 물 및 1 중량% 이상의 유기 공동용매(co-solvent)에 분산된 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 중합체가 알킬 아민으로 중화된 친수성 카르복실산 결합기를 갖는 중합체 골격과의 그래프트 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우레탄이 폴리우레탄인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우레탄 대 아크릴 비율이 중합체 고상물 중량으로 0 내지 1의 범위에 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 및 우레탄이 수성 중합체 분산제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 수용성 가교결합제로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 아지리딘 또는 멜라민 포름알데히드인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공동용매가 1 내지 10% 범위에 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ag가 0.1마이크론 내지 15 마이크론 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, AgCl이 0.1 마이크론 내지 15 마이크론 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ag 입자가 플레이크 형태인 조성물.
