Abstract
본 발명은 듀얼포커법에 사용되는 광학헤드위치조절장치에 관한 것으로, 빔스플리터를 통해 입사된 빛을 촛점이동거리에따라 굴절시켜 디스크의 두께에 관계없이 정확한 촛점을 형성해주는 유동대물렌즈와, 상기 디스크의 두께를 검출하는 검출센서와, 이 검출센서에 의해 검출된 디스크검출신호를 비교판단하여 유동대물렌즈의 촛점형성기능을 제어하는 마이컴과, 이 마이컴의 촛점이동제어신호에 따라 구동모터를 제어하는 서보모터제어부와, 상기 구동모터의 회전에 따라 구동되어유동대물렌즈를 이동시키는 대물렌즈의 이동수단으로 이루어져, 상기 디스크의 두께에 따른 검출신호에 의해 대물렌즈에 장착된 이동수단이 대물렌즈를 이동시켜 디스크피트의 정확한 촛점을 맞추도록 하므로써, 디스크 두께에 관계없이 정보재생동작을 용이하게 실행하게 되므로 이에 따라 시스템의 기능성을 증가시키도록 됨은 물론 대물렌즈가 직접 이동하여 촛점을 맞추게 되므로 별도의 콜리메이트 렌즈가 필요없게 되어 구조가 간단하게 되므로 이에 따라 제조비용도 상당히 감소시킬 수 있다.

제3도는 본 발명의 장치를 설명하기 위한 설명도이고, 제4도(a),(b)는 본 발명의 대물렌즈 이동수단을 좀더 알기쉽게 설명하기 위한 설명도이다.
Claims (3)
- 레이저다이오드(1) 및 빔스플리터(2)가 구비된 듀얼포커스법에 사용되는 광학 헤드위치조절장치에 있어서, 상기 빔스플리터(2)를 통해 입사된 빛을 촛점이동거리에 따라 굴절시켜 디스크의 두께에 관계없이 정확한 촛점을 형성해주는 유동대물렌즈(3)와 , 상기디스크의 두께를 검출하는 검출센서(4)와, 이 검출센서(4)에 의해 검출된 디스크검출신호를 비교판단하여 유동대물렌즈(3)의 촛점형성기능을 제어하는 마이컴(5)과, 이 마이컴(5)의 촛점이동제어신호에 따라 구동모터(6)를 제어하는 서보모터제어부(7)와, 상기 구동모터(6)의 회전에 따라 구동되어 유동대물렌즈(3)를 이동시키는 대물렌즈의 이동수단(80으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼포커스법에 사용되는 광학헤드위치조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈 이동수단(8)이 유동대물렌즈(3)의 양측면부에 일체로 결합되는 고정편(9)과, 이 고정편(9)의 다른일측에 결합되는 래크기어부재(10)와, 이 래크기어부재(10)의 톱니에 맞물려 기어연동작용을 하는 피니언기어(11)와, 상기 래크기어부재(10)의 후면으로 결합되는 고정지지부재(13)와, 상기 래크기어부재(10)의 몸체후면으로 돌출 형성되고 고정지지부재(13)의 안내레일(12)에 삽입되어 유동하는 유동부재(14)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼포커스법에 사용되는 광학헤드위치 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동모터(6)가 스텝핑모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼포커스법에 사용되는 광학헤드위치 조절장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
