Abstract
본 발명은, 수분 및 휘발성유기물을 함유하는 오프가스로부터 휘발성유기물을 회수하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스로부터, 수분을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡습제(4)를 충전한 탈습탑(5)에 의해 수분을 제거한 후, 상대적 저온조건하에서 유기물을 흡착제거하고, 유기물로 포화된 흡착탑(9)으로부터 상대적 고온조건에서 유기물을 이탈시키고, 이탈한 유기물은 저온 및/또는 기압조건하에서 액화해서 회수한다. 유기물이 제거되고, 무해화된 건조가스(11)는, 필요에 따라 가온한 후, 수분으로 포화한 탈습탑(5)으로 향류해서 퍼지해서 흡습제(4)의 재생을 행하고, 탈리한 수분과 함께 계외로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다. 이로써, 유기물 및 흡착제의 열악화를 발생하는 일없이, 높은 농축배율로 유기물을 회수할 수 있는 효과를 얻게된다.

Claims (4)
- 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 흡습제 및 흡착제로 처리해서 휘발성유기물을 회수하는 방법으로서, 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 수분을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡습제를 충전한 상대적 저온조건의 탈수분공정에 있는 탈습탑에 유도해서 수분을 제거한 후 흡착제를 충전한 상대적 저온조건의 흡착공정에 있는 흡착탑을 유과시켜서 휘발성유기물을 흡착제거하고, 수분 및 휘발성유기물이 제거된 가스를 상대적 고온조건의 흡습제재생공정에 있는 탈습탑으로 통해서 흡착수분을 탈리하고, 탈리한 수분과 함께 계외로 방출되도록 하고, 상기 수분 및 휘발성유기물이 제거된 가스의 일부를 상대적 고온조건의 탈착공정에 있는 흡착탑으로 통해서 흡착된 휘발성유기물을 고농도 휘발성유기물 함유가스로 채취하고, 이 고농도 휘발성유기물 함유가스를 액화기로 유도해서 냉각 및/또는 가압해서 액화시켜서 휘발성유기물을 회수하고, 이 액화기에서 휘발성유기 물을 함유가스물을 분리한 가스는 휘발성유기물의 흡착공정으로 되돌리게하므로서 이루어지는 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스로부터 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈습탑에 있어서의 탈수분공정을 구성하는 상기 상대적 저온조건이 10∼50℃, 흡습제재생공정을 구성하는 상기 상대적 고온조건이 35∼125℃, 유기물의 흡착탑에 있어서의 흡착공정을 구성하는 상기 상대적 저온조건이 -30∼10℃, 유기물의 탈착공정을 구성하는 상기 상대적 고온조건이 35∼125℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡착공정에 있는 상기 흡착탑을 유과한 후의 건조한 가스를 상기 탈습탑의 흡습제재생공정에 재생가스로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 휘발성유기물을 흡착하는 상기 흡착체로서 실리카/알루미나 비가 25 이상의 흡착제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
