Abstract
본 발명은, 수분 및 휘발성유기물을 함유하는 오프가스로부터 휘발성유기물을 회수하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서 유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를, 흡착제(4)를 충전한 상대적 저온조건의 흡착공정에 있는 흡착탑(5)으로 유도해서 유기물을 제거하고, 유기물이 제거된 수분함유가스(6)로서 계외로 방출하고, 유기물을 흡착한 흡착제(4)는 재생공정에 있어서 상대적 고온조건에서 유기물을 탈리시켜서 재생하고, 이 합측제재생공정으로부터 나오는 탈리가스(10)를 흡습제(14)를 충전한 탈습탑(15)에 있어서 온도스윙법 혹은 압력스윙법에 의해 수분을 제거하고, 얻게되는 고농도 유기물함유 건조가스(17)를 액화기에 인도해서 냉각 및/또는 가압해서 액화시켜 유기물을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다. 이로써, 유기물 및 흡착제의 열악화를 발생하는 일없이, 높은 농축배율로 유기물을 회수할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시태양을 표시한 순서도의 개략도, 제2도는 흡착탑의 재생공정온도와 출구가스속의 유기물농도와의 관계를 표시한 그래프, 제3도는 탈습탑의 재생공정에 있어서 퍼지가스량과 흡착공정출구가스의 노점(露点)과의 관계를 표시한 그래프, 제4도는 탈습탑의 재생공정에 있어서의 재생온도와 흡착공정출구가스의 노점과의 관계를 표시한 그래프.
Claims (4)
- 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 흡착제 및 흡습제로 처리해서 휘발성유기물을 회수하는 방법으로서, 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 휘발성유기물을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제를 충전한 상대적 저온조건의 흡착공정에 있는 흡착탑에 유도해서 휘발성유기물을 제거하고, 휘발성유기물이 제거된 수분함유가스로서 계외로 방출하고, 휘발성유기물을 흡착한 흡착제는 재생공정에 있어서 상대적 고온조건에서 퍼지가스에 의해 휘발성유기물을 탈리시켜서 재생하고, 이 흡착제 재생공정으로부터 나오는 휘발성유기물을 고농도로 함유하는 탈리가스를 수분으로 선태적으로 흡착하는 흡습제를 충전한 상대적 저온 조건의 흡착공정에 있는 탈습탑에 유도해서 수분을 제거하고, 수분을 흡착한 흡습제는 재생공정에 있어서 상대적 고온조건에서 퍼지가스에 의해 수분을 이탈시켜서 재생하고, 상기 탈습탑의 흡착공정으로부터 나오는 고농도휘발성유기물 함유건조가스를 액화기에 유도해서 냉각 및/또는 가압해서 액화시켜서 휘발성유기물을 회수하므로서 이루어지는 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스로부터 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 흡착제 및 흡습제로 처리해서 휘발성유기물을 회수하는 방법으로서, 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스를 휘발성유기물을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제를 충전한 상대적 저온조건의 흡착공정에 있는 흡착탑에 유도해서 휘발성유기물을 제거하고, 휘발성유기물이 제거된 수분함유가스로서 계외로 방출하고, 휘발성유기물을 흡착한 흡착제는 재생공정에 있어서 상대적 고온조건에서 퍼지가스에 의해 휘발성유기물을 탈리시켜서 재생하고, 이 흡착제 재생공정으로부터 나오는 휘발성유기물을 고농도로 함유하는 탈리가스를 수분을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡습제를 충전한 상대적 고압 조건의 흡착공정에 있는 탈습탑에 유도해서 수분을 제거하고, 수분을 흡착한 흡습제는 재생공정에 있어서 상대적 저압조건에서 퍼지가스에 의해 수분을 이탈시켜서 재생하고, 상기 탈습탑의 흡착공정으로부터 나오는 고농도휘발성유기물함유건조가스를 액화기에 유도해서 냉각 및/또는 가압해서 액화시켜서 휘발성유기물을 회수하므로서 이루어지는 휘발성유기물 및 수분을 함유하는 가스로부터 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 휘발성유기물흡착탑에 있어서, 휘발성유기물을 흡착한 흡착제의 재생용퍼지가스로서 상기 휘발성유기물흡착탑의 흡착공정의 출구가스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.
- 제1항∼제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈습탑에 있어서, 수분을 흡착한 흡습제의 재생용퍼지가스로서 상기 탈습탑의 흡착공정의 출구가스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성유기물의 회수방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
