Abstract
차량용 다단식 자동기어박스에 있어서, 마찰면 부착이 이루어지는 마찰연결부(클러치 또는 브레이크)작동압력은 규정된 목표치 변화량에 따라 그리고 보정치 함수로서 기어변속초기에 전자어유니트에 의해 설정된다.
보정치는 마찰연결부 전달 토오크의 목표/실제치 편차함수로서 결정된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1(a)도는 1차 기어변속시 시간에 대한 압력변화를 나타내는 선도이다. 제1(b)도는 기어변속시 시간에 대한 기어박스 입력회전속도의 변화를 나타내는 선도이다. 제1(c)도는 기어변속시 시간에 대한 토오크 변화를 나타내는 선도이다. 제2(a)도는 2타 기어변속시 시간에 대한 압력변화를 나타내는 선도이다. 제3도는 블록회로 선도 형식의 본 발명에 따르는 장치의 실시예이다. 제4도는 제3도를 따라는 장치의 토오크 편차 기록을 위한 플로우 선도이다.
Claims (4)
- 기어변속 신호들 중에서 작동발겨의 목표치가 기어변속시 충전위상에서 규정된 변화치를 따르는 전자식페루프 제어밸브 동작에 의한 전자제어유니트에 의해 설정되며 액추에이터와 전자식 페루프 제어밸브의 출력압력이 동일한 접촉압력을 가질때 충전위상이 종료되는 차량용 다단식 자동기어박스내에 기어변속장치를 구성화하는 관련 기어박스 구성부품 사이에 위치하여 착탈가능한 마찰연결부(클러치 또는 브레이크)를 작동시키는 압력 매개 액추에이터의 작동압력 제어장치에 있어서, 실제압력(M_Kup_ist)과 마찰연결부(Kup)의 전달토오크(M_Kup)의 목표치(M_Kup_soll)사이의 편차(dM)에 대응되는 압력차(dp)로 산출된 보정치(p kor)가 충전위상(8)에서 나타나는 규정된 목표치변화(7)를 부가적으로 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하고,(1) M_Kup_soll=k_Kup*p_soll (7)에서 전달토오크(M_Kup)의 실제치(M_Kup_ist)가 기어박스 입력축의 토오크 (M_T) 및 회전질량(θ)의 관성모멘트(M_θ)로부터 산출되고, 단M_Kup_ist=M_T+M_θ (2)에서 회전질량의 토오크 M_θ가 회전질량 θ 및 기어박스 입력축의 회전속도 n_T로부터 산출되고, 단M_θ=2*D*θ*(dn_T/dT) (3)에서 기어박스 입력축이 토오크(M_T)가 엔진회전속도 n_Mot, 기어 박스 입력축과 연결되는 유압 토오크 컨버터의 터이빈 휠 회전속도n_T, 엔진회전속도 n_Mot 및 터어빈휠 회전속도 n_T에서 산출되는 토오크 컨버터 특성치 λ, 토오크 컨버터 상수 k로부터 구해지고, 단M_T=k*λ*(n_ Mot)2(4)에서 작동압력(p)의 압력차(dp)가 전달토오크 M_Kup의 편차(dM)과 마찰연결부 Kup의 기하하적 특성요소 k_K로부터 결정되고, 단dp=dM/k_Kup (5)를 따르는 조건하에서 전달토오크(M_Kup)의 목표치(M_Kup_soll)가 규정된 변화치(7)의 목표압력(31)과 마찰연결부(Kup)의 기하학적 규격에 의존하는 기하학적 특성요소(k_Kup)로부터 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동압력 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차 규정목표치 변화가 엔진 토오크(M_Mot) 및 기어박스 출력회전속도(n_ab)에 의존하며, p_soll이 2차 규정목표치 변화(11) p=f(M_Mot;n_ab)를 따르는 작동압력(p)의 작동순간 목표치와 같을때(1a) M_Kup_soll=k_Kup*p_soll (11)의 조건하에서 마찰연결부(Kup)가 전달하는 토오크(M_Kup)의 목표치(M_Kup_soll)가 회전속도 적응위상(9)에서 보정치(p_kor)를 산출하는데 고려되어지며, 충전위상(8) 및 회전속도 적응위치(9)에서 보정치(p_kor)가 1항의 조건(1)을 제외한 조건(2)에서 조건(3)과 동일한 조건에서 산출될때, 작동압력(p)의 접촉압력(p)(10)으로 발생되는 마찰연결부(Kup)의 잔달토오크(M_Kup)보다 동일하거나 약간 더큰 기어박스 입력축 토오크(M_T)가 저토오크일 경우, 충전위상 다음에 오는 기어변속시간(T)에 관한 회전속도 적응위상(9)에서 시간의 함수로서 작동압력(p)의 2차 규정목표치 변화 (11) p=f(M_Mot;n_ab)는 부가적으로 보정치 (p_kor)에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동압력제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마찰연결부(kup)에 전달되는 토오크(M_Kup)의 편차(dM)에 대하여 복수개의 편차를 평균처리과정을 통해 보정치(p_kor)가 산출되며, 시간단계에서 보정치가 각각 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동압력제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 압력차(dp) 및 감쇄 특성요소(k_D)로부터 보정치(p_kor)가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동압력제어장치.p_kor=(dp)*k_D (6)O<k_D<1 (7)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
