Abstract
본 발명은 철도차량등의 운행관리에 적용되는 레일온도검지장치에 관한 것으로서, 측정자를 현지(레일설치장소)에 파견하지 않고 레일의 온도측정이 가능한 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서 열차(10)에 탑재되어 적외선화상온도센서(2)로부터 적외선화상정보를 입력하여 GPS수신기(8) 및/또는 자율항법장치(9)로부터 위치정보를 입력해서 적외선화상정보에 동기한 위치정보를 적외선화상정보 및 경보정보와 함께 출력해서 무선전송하는 처리기(4)와, 운전사령부(11)등에 설치되어 처리기(4)의 출력신호를 수신하고 레일온도분포를 리얼타임으로 표시하는 제어용콘솔(6)을 구비함으로서, 소망의 레일구간의 온도분포를 연속적으로 광범위하게 단시간으로 측정하는 것이 가능하게 되고, 또한 측정자의 레일(1)의 근처에의 파견이 불필요하게 되어, 측정자가 열차로부터 손손상을 받는 등의 위험성을 회피하는 일이 가능해지는 것을 특징으로 한것이다.An object of the present invention is to provide a rail temperature detection device applied to the management of a railway car or the like and capable of measuring the temperature of a rail without dispatching the surveyor to a site (rail installation site) Infrared image temperature information from the infrared ray image temperature sensor 2 and inputs the position information from the GPS receiver 8 and / or the autonomous navigation apparatus 9 to obtain a position synchronized with the infrared image information (4) for outputting the infrared ray image information and alarm information together and wirelessly transmitting the infrared ray image information and the alarm information; a control console (5) installed on the operation command unit (11) or the like for receiving the output signal of the processor (4) It is possible to measure the temperature distribution of the desired rail section continuously over a wide range in a short period of time, and furthermore, the dispatching of the measurer to the vicinity of the rail 1 So that it is possible to avoid the risk that the measuring person is injured by the hand from the train.
