Abstract

본 발명은 들깨유로부터 α-리놀렌산을 고순도로 분리, 정제하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 질산은(AgNO3) 함침 실리카겔을 사용하고, 용리액으로서 아세톤-헥산 혼합 용매제를 사용한 순상분배 크로마토그래피를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 들깨유지방산 혼합물로부터 α-리놀렌산을 분리, 정제함에 있어서, 질산은 (AgNO3) 함침 실리카겔을 담체로 하고, 아세톤-헥산 혼합 용매계를 용리액으로 한 크로마토그래피법을 이용함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 들깨유지방산 혼합물은 들깨유를 가수분해하여 얻은 지방산 혼합물이거나 이를 저온 분별 결정법으로 농축한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고순돈 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 들깨유지방산 혼합물은 담체 100g당 2∼3g의 양으로 컬럼에 주입함으로 특징으로 하는 고순도 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 질산은 함침 실리카겔은 70∼230메쉬의 실리카겔 100g당 질산은 10g을 함침시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 고순도 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용리액으로 아세톤 : 헥산의 부피비가 2 : 98, 5 : 95, 7 : 93인 아세톤-헥산 혼합 용매계를 연속적으로 적용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고순도 α-리놀렌산의 분리, 정제 방법.
