Abstract

본 발명은 소성벌크재료, 특히 시멘트클링커를 제조하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 벌크 재료가 먼저 소성된 후에 냉각된다. 고온의 벌크재료의 냉각이 연료, 특히 석탄의 스팀을 이용한 가스화 반응에 의해 행해지는 경우에, 가스화 반응에 필요한 반응엔탈피는 고온의 벌크재료로부터 추출된다. 이 가스화 반응에 있어서, 또한 연료가스가 생성되고, 이 연료가스가 벌크재료를 소성시키는 데 사용된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 고온의 벌크재료, 특히 시멘트클링커를 냉각하는 방법에 있어서, 연료를 스팀으로 가스화하고, 상기 가스화 반응에서는 고온의 벌크재료로부터 필요한 반응엔탈피(Q)를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 벌크재료의 냉각방법.
  2. 벌크재료를 먼저 소성하고, 그 후 냉각시키는 소성벌크재료, 특히 시멘트플링커의 제조방법에 있어서, a) 고온의 벌크재료로부터 필요한 반응 엔탈피(Q)를 추출하는 가스화 반웅으로 연료를 스팀에 의해 가스화함으로써 고온의 벌크재료를 냉각시키고, b) 가스화 반응으로부터 얻어진 연료가스에 의해 벌크재료를 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성벌크재료의 제조방법.
  3. a) 벌크재료를 소성하기 위한 킬른, 특히 로타리킬른(1,21)과, b) 고온의 벌크재료를 냉각시키기 위하여 하류에 연결된 쿨러(2,22)를 가지는 소성벌크재료, 특히 시멘트클링커의 제조장치에 있어서, c) 연료를 냉각될 고온의 벌크재료까지 이송하는 장치(5,33)와, d) 고온의 벌크재료로부터 필요한 반응 엔탈피를 추출하는 가스화 반응을 일으키기 위하여 연료와 혼합되는 벌크재료까지 스팀을 불어넣는 장치(12,34)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성벌크재료의 제조장치.
