Abstract
단자 압착장치는 압착기에 대향한 앤빌과 전선의 노출된 도전부에 단자를 압착시키기 위해 수직 왕복운동하는 압착기가 구비된다. 압착기는 서보 모터와 같은 작동 수단에 의해 수직으로 왕복운동된다. 이 장치는 단자가 압착되었을 때 압착기의 높이를 검사하기 위해 또는 작동수단에 인가된 부하를 검사하기 위해 모니터를 가지고 있다. 장치를 위한 구동기는 단자가 올바르게 압착되었는지의 여부를 결정하기 위해 검사된 부하 또는 검사된 압착기 높이와 소정 기준데이타를 비교하는 결정부를 포함한다.

Claims (10)
- 서보 모터와 같은 작동수단에 의해 수직방향으로 작동되는 압착기에 대향한 앤빌과 전선의 노출된 도전부에 단자를 압착하기 위해 수직 왕복운동하는 상기 압착기를 갖춘 단자 압착장치의 제어방법에 있어서, 단자가 압착되었을 때 상기 작동 수단에 인가된 부하를 검사하는 단계와, 단자가 올바르게 압착되었는지의 여부를 판정하기 위해 검사된 부하와 소정 기준 데이타를 비교하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동수단에 인가된 부하에 대한 상기 검사동작은 단자 압착위치에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소정기간동안 부하의 최대값에 의거하여 압착이 정상적으로 실행되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소정기간동안 부하값과 기준 부하값과의 차이에 의거하여 압착이 정상적으로 실행되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소정기간 동안 부하값의 합에 의거하여 압착이 정상적으로 실행되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 서보 모터와 같은 작동수단에 의해 수직방향으로 작동되는 압착기와 대향한 앤빌과 전선의 노출된 도전부에 단자를 압착하기 위해 수직 왕복운동하는 상기 압착기를 갖춘 단자 압착장치의 제어 방법에 있어서, 단자가 압착되었을 때 상기 압착기의 높이를 검사하는 단계와 단자가 올바르게 압착되었는지의 여부를 판정하기 위해 검사된 압착기 높이와 소정 기준데이타를 비교하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압착기에 높이에 대한 상기 검사동작은 단자 압착위치 근방에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 소정기간동안 압착기 높이의 최소값에 의거하여 압착이 올바르게 실행되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 소정기간동안 압착높이와 기준 압착높이와의 차이에 의거하여 압착이 올바르게 실행되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 방법.
- 서보 모터와 같은 작동수단에 의해 수직방향으로 작동되는 압착기와 대향한 앤빌과 전선의 노출된 도전부에 단자를 압착하지 위해 수직 왕복운동하는 상기 압착기를 갖춘 단자 압착장치의 제어방법에 있어서, 단자가 압착되었을 때 상기 작동수단에 인가된 부하를 검사하는 단계와, 단자가 압착되었을 때 상기 압착기의 높이를 검사하는 단계와, 단자가 올바르게 압착되었는지의 여부를 판정하기 위해 검사된 부하와 소정 기준 데이타를 비교하고 검사된 압착기 높이와 소정 기준데이타를 비교하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
