Abstract
본 발명은 C6-C15-파라핀의 탈수소화 촉매에 관한 것이다. 이 촉매는 지지체 상에 하나 이상의 백금족 성분, 주석, 게르마늄 및 납으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 촉진제 성분, 및 하나 이상의 추가의 개질제를 함유한다. 추가의 개질제는 하나 이상의 알칼리 토금속을 함유한다. 본 발명에 따른 촉매의 안정성은 기존의 알칼리 금속을 사용하는 경우에 비해 실질적으로 높다.

Claims (13)
- 무기 지지체상에 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 0.01 내지 5중량%, 촉진제로서의 하나 이상의 원소 주석, 게르마늄 및 납 0.01 내지 5중량%, 및 하나 이상의 추가의 개질제를 함유하며, 여기서 추가의 개질제가 최종 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 20중량%의 농도를 갖는 하나 이상의 알칼리 토금속임을 특징으로 하는. C6-C15-파라핀의 탈수소화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마그네슘이 추가의 개질제로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 백금임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진제가 주석임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 또한 인듐 5중량% 이하를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 또한 황 5중량% 이하를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 공동 함침 용액으로부터 백금족 금속, 촉진제 및 개질제의 가용성 전구체를 지지체 물질에 동시에 도입하고 지지체를 건조시키며 300 내지 700℃의 온도에서 하소시킨 다음 200 내지 700℃의 온도에서 수소 함유 기체중에서 후속적으로 환원시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는, 무기 지지체 상에 최종 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 0.01 내지 5중량%, 촉진제로서의 하나 이상의 원소 주석, 게르마늄 및 납 0.01 내지 5중량%, 및 추가의 개질제로서의 하나 이상의 알칼리 토금속 0.01 내지 20중량%를 함유하는, C6-C15-파라핀의 탈수소화 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 5중량% 이하의 인듐이 추가의 촉진제로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 공동 함침 용액으로부터 기타 성분과 함께 지지체 물질에 적용되는 황을 또한 5중량% 이하 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 공동 함침 용액으로부터 백금족 금속, 촉진제 및 개질제의 가용성 전구체를 지지체 물질에 동시에 도입하고 지지체를 건조시키며 300 내지 700℃의 온도에서 하소시킨 다음 200 내지 700℃의 온도에서 수소 함유 기체중에서 환원시킴으로써, 무기 지지체 상에 최종 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 0.01 내지 5중량%, 촉진제로서의 하나 이상의 원소 주석, 게르마늄 및 납 0.01 내지 5중량%, 및 추가의 개질제로서의 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 이들 둘 다를 0.01내지 20중량%를 함유하는, C6-C15-파라핀의 탈수소화 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 공동 함침 용액이 또한 인듐의 가용성 전구체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 공동 함침 용액이 또한 황의 가용성 전구체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탈수소화 반응을 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매상에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 C6-C15-파라핀의 탈수소화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
