Claims (23)
- 원소주기율표 2a, 3a, 4a 및/또는 4b족의 반응성금속 화합물 적어도 하나 0.1-30중량%(내화성 산화물기준)로 처리된 적어도 하나의 내화성산화물상에 존재하는 적어도 하나의 수소화금속 또는 그의 화합물로 구성된 촉매를 사용하여 탄화수소를 수소전환 조건하에 수소와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 탄화수소전환법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석유왁스를 수소이성질화 조건하에서 수소와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 케로센을 탈방향족화조건하에서 수소와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 킬리카, 알루미나, 마그네시아질코니아, 티타니아, 크로미아, 보리아 또는 그의 혼합물과 같은 내화성산화물로서 구성된 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공극용량 적어도 0.5ml/g이며, 비표면적이 100-600㎡/g인 실리카로 구성된 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에서 실질적으로 구상인 촉매입자를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에서 금속산화물로서 반응금속(들)을 내화성 산화물을 기준으로 0.1-10중량%함유하는 처리된 내화성 산화물로 구성된 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및/또는 질코늄으로 구성된 반응성 금속부분으로 처리된 내화성 산화물로 구성된 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에서 공급재로서 사용되는 석유왁스가 윤활유제조시 부산물로서 얻어지는 슬랙왁스인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서 공급재로서 사용되는 슬랙왁스가 수소분해에 의한 윤활유제조시 부산물로서 얻어지는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서 온도가 250-450℃, 압력이 10-250바아, 공간속도가 0.1-5kg공급재/촉매 1/시간 및 수소/공급재비가 100-2500NI H2/공급재 kg인 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에서 얻어진 수소이성질화 생성물로부터 하나 또는 그 이상의 윤활유 분류물을 달리하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 내지 12항중 어느 하나에서 실시예 4 및 5를 참조로 앞서 언급한 바와 실질적으로 같은 방법.
- 내화성 산화물 또는 그의 혼합물을 적어도 하나의 하이드로 카빌암모늄금속화물 및/또는 적어도 하나의 하이드로카빌암모늄성분과 적어도 하나의 원소주기율표 2a, 3a, 4a 및/또는 4b족의 반응성 금속성분으로 된 그의 혼합물로 함침시키는 것으로 구성된 개질내화성산화물의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, C1-4알킬기 하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성된 하이드로 카빌암모늄 성분을 사용하는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서 내화성 산화물을 하나 또는 그 이상의 반응성금속(들)의 질산염(들)으로 구성된 용액으로 함침시킨 후 이어 적어도 하나의 하이드로 카빌암모늄 하이드록사이드로 구성된 용액으로 함침시키는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 하이드로카빌암모늄하이드록사이드와 내화성산화물을 0.01:1, 바람직하게는 0.1-0.5의 중량비로 사용하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물을 테트라메틸암모늄 알루미네이트로 구성된 용액으로 함침시키는 방법.
- 제14항 내지 18항중 어느 하나에서 실시예 1을 참조로 앞서 언급한 바와 실질적으로 같은 방법.
- 제14항 내지 19항중 어느 한 방법에 따라 제조된 개질내화성 산화물.
- 제20항의 개질산화물이 하나 또는 그 이상의 원소주기율표 6b 및/또는 8족 금속 및/또는 그의 화합물에 의해 적재되는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서 실시예 2를 참조로 앞서 설명한 바와 실질적으로 같은 방법.
- 제21항 또는 22항의 방법에 따라 제조된 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
