Abstract

본 발명은 S 테스트에 있어서의 광학 밀도가 0.100 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 열 안정성 및 화학적 안정성이 매우 높은 신규한 폴리올 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 이러한 조성물의 제조방법에도 관하며, 이 방법은 폴리올 시럽을 발효, 산화 또는 캬라멜화와 같은 안정화 단계에 이어서 정제 단계로 처리하는 것으로 이루어진다.
본 발명은 또한 알칼리를 이용하거나 또는 고온에서의 열처리를 수행하는 제품의 제조에 이 조성물을 적용하는 것에도 관계된다.

Claims (8)

  1. S 테스트에 따른 광학 밀도가 0.100 이하인 폴리올 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, S 테스트에 따른 광학 밀도가 0.075 이하, 바람직하게는 0.060 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.040 이하인 폴리올 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, Bertrant법에 따른 총 가수분해후의 총 설탕 함량이 3.5 내지 98%, 바람직하게는 6 내지 92%, 더욱 바람직하게는 8 내지 90%범위인 것을 특징인 폽리올 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소첨가된 단당류 및/또는 이당류를 0.0l 내지 95% 함유하고 그 잔량 내지 10O%는 수소첨가된 올리고당 및 다당류로 이루어진 것이 특징인 폽리올 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -수소첨가된 단당류가 소르비톨, 이디톨, 만니톨, 자일리톨, 아라비톨 및 에리쓰리톨 중에서 선택되고, 바람직하게는 소르비톨, 만니톨 및 자일리톨 중에서 선택되며, -수소첨가된 이당류는 말티톨, 수소첨가된 말툴로스, 수소첨가된 이소말툴로스 또는 이소말트(글루코피아노사이도-1,6-만니톨과 글루코피라노사이드-1,6-소르비톨과의 혼합물), 이소말티톨, 락티톨, 수소첨가된 이눌로바이오스 중에서 선택되고, 바람직하게는 말티톨, 락티톨 및 수소첨가된 이소말툴로스 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 폴리올 조성물.
  6. 단순 또는 복합 환원당의 촉매적 수소첨가에 의해 얻어진 폴리올 시럽을 다음 단계, 즉 ; -수소첨가된 시럽의 S 테스트에서의 광학 밀도가 0.100 이하, 바람직하게는 0.075 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.060 이하의 값이 되도록 하는, 발효, 산화 또는 캬라멜화와 같은 안정화 단계, -이렇게 얻어진 안정화된 수소첨가된 시럽을 정제하는 단계로 처리하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 안정한 폴리올 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 안정한 폴리올 조성물.
  8. 고은에서 처리되거나 고온에서 얻어지는 제품, 알칼리화제를 함유하는 제품 또는 알칼리성 화합물의 존재하에 제조되는 제품을 제조하는데 있어서의 제1항 내지 제5항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 다른 폴리올 조성물의 용도.
