Abstract

본 발명은 점토－함유 안료 시스템, 라텍스 결합제, 폴리사카라이드 중점제 및 20%보다 많은 양의 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 점토 안료에 흡착하는 것을 방지하므로써 페인트 조성물이 개선된 외관과 도포성능을 나타나게 하는, 안료의 중량을 기준으로 0.005% 내지 2%의 차단제를 포함하는 페인트 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 점토－함유 안료 시스템, 라텍스 결합제, 폴리사카라이드 중점제, 및 20%보다 많은 양의 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 점토 안료 표면에 흡착하는 것을 방지하므로써 페인트 조성물이 개선된 외관과 도포 성능을 갖게 하는 차단제를 안료의 중량을 기준으로 0.005% 내지 2% 포함하는 페인트 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스, 소수성으로 개질된 하이드록시 에틸셀룰로스, 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스, 소수성으로 개짇뢴 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 분자량이 약 200,000 내지 약 1,5000,000인 하이드록시에 틸셀룰로스인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 몰 치환도가 1.5 내지 4.0인 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 약 50,000 내지 약 1,000,000의 분자량을 갖는, 소수성으로 개질된 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소수성으로 개질된 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 하이드록시에틸 몰 치환도가 1.5 내지 4.0인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소수성으로 개질된 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스가, 소수성으로 개질된 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 2.0%의 양으로, 소수성으로 개질된 C4내지 C22알킬 또는 C8내지 C20알킬아릴을 갖는 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 약 200,000 내지 약 1,500,000의 분자량을 갖는 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스인 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에틸하이드록시에틸－셀룰로스의 하이드록시에틸 몰 치환도가 0.5 내지 3.0인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 에틸 치환도가 0.3 내지 1.2인 조성물.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 중점제가 약 50,000 내지 약 1,000,000의 분자량을 갖는 소수성으로 개질된 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스인 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 소수성으로 개질된 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 하이드록시에틸 몰 치환도가 0.5 내지 3.5인 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 소수성으로 개질된 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 에티옥실 치환도가 0.3 내지 1.2인 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 소수성으로 개질된 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스가, 소수성으로 개질된 에틸하이드록시에틸셀룰로스의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 2.0%의 양으로, 소수성으로 개질된 C4내지 C22알킬 또는 C8내지 C20알킬아릴을 갖는 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 폴리(에틸렌 산화물), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 산화물), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 폴리(비닐 알콜), 폴리(아크릴산), 폴리(아크릴산)의 염, 폴리(메타크릴산)의 염, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 비이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 폴리(에틸렌 산화물), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 산화물) 및 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 약 100 내지 약 1,000,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 약 1,000 내지 약 500,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리(비닐 알콜)인 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐 알콜)이 약 40 내지 약 90%의 가수분해율을 갖는 조성물.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 폴리(아크릴산)의 염, 폴리(메타크릴산)의 염, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 염의 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 약 1,000,000인 조성물.
  21. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차단제가 알킬아릴에톡실레이트 및 알킬에톡실레이트형의 비이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제가 4 내지 100개의 옥시에틸렌 유니트를 갖고, C8내지 C20알킬아릴 또는 C4내지 C20알킬의 소수성 쇄를 갖는 조성물.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점토－함유 안료 시스템이 점토형 및 소수성 점토형으로 오염된 탄산칼슘형으로 이루어진 글부으로부터 선택되는 전색제 안료를 포함하는 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 점토형의 전색제가 카올리나이트(kaolinites) 또는 강열 감량이 적은 소성 점토인 조성물.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 오염된 탄산칼슘형의 전색제가 애터플자이트(attapulgite)점토, 헥토라이트(hectorite)점토, 몬모릴로나이트(montmorrillonites) 및 벤토나이트(bentonite)점토로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 오염된 탄산 칼슘형의 전색제가 비얀코 뮤돈 티포 A(Bianco Meudon Tipo A)전색제인 조성물.
  27. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 조성물이 약 50 내지 약 100의 안료부피농도를 갖는 조성물.
