Abstract
본 발명은 말단기의 전부 또는 일부가 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 기인 열가소성 포릴에스테르 수지와 무기 화합물을 함유하며, 그 에너지값이 하기식(1) 및 식(2)를 만족시키는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다 :
-R-SO3L (I)
U ≤ 1,300 (cal/mole) (1)
a x aO≤ 2.80 x 105(cal2/m4) (2)
상기 일반식(I)에서, R은 탄소수 1-20의 2가의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기이고, L은 알칼리 금속이며, 상기 식(1) 및 (2)에서, U는 활성화 에너지이고, a는 측면 에너지이고, aO는 라멜라 표면 에너지이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 개선된 결정화 속도와 결정화도 및 우수한 성형성을 나타낸다.

Claims (6)
- 말단기의 전부 또는 일부가 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 기인 열가소성 포릴에스테르 수지와 무기 화합물을 함유하는 조성물로서, 그 에너지값이 하기 식(1) 및 식(2)를 만족시키는것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물 :-R-SO3L (I)U ≤ 1,300 (cal/mole) (1)a x aO≤ 2.80 x 105(cal2/m4) (2)상기 일반식(I)에서, R은 탄소수 1-20의 2가의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기이고, L은 알칼리 금속이며, 상기 식(1) 및 (2)에서, U는 활성화 에너지이고, a는 측면 에너지이고, aO는 라멜라 표면 에너지이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물이 조성물중에 M(알칼리 금속), Mg, Si, O 및 F로 구성된 무기화합물(a)와 M(상기 정의한 바와 같음), Mg 및 F만으로 구성된 무기 화합물(b)로서 확인될 수 있는 것인 열가소성 ㅗ리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물이 M2SiF6(이때, M은 알칼리 금속을 나타냄)와 탈크를 함유하는 혼합물이고 상기 혼합물이 M2SiF6와 탈크의 혼합 중량비가 10:90 내지 50:50인 M2SiF6와 탈크의 미분말 혼합물을 가열하여 수득된 생성물인 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물이 M2SiF6(이때, M은 알칼리 금속을 나타냄), 탈크 및 Al화합물을 함유하는 미분말 혼합물을 가열하여 수득된 생성물인 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물이 하기 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 충상 시리케이트 및/또는 하기 일반식(IV)로 표시되는 충상 실리케이트 및 하기 일반식(V)로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하는 것인 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물 :MqMg(3-p)Si(3.5-4.5)O(9.5-10.5)F(1.5-2.5)(III)Mq(Mg2.95-2.5Al0-0.5)(Si2.5-4.5Mg0-0.5Al0-10)O9.5-10.5F1.5-2.5(IV)MMgF3(V)상기 식으로, M은 알칼리 금속이고, p는 0.05-0.5의 수치이며, 및 q는 0.1-1.0의 수치이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지와 반응하거나 상호작용하는 작용기(들)을 가진 a-올레핀계 공중합체를 추가로 함유하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
