Abstract
본 발명은 케이블의 개재물로 사용되는 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene)사에 있어서, 저공해와 난연화를 향상시키기 위하여 충진하는 난연 충진제의 첨가 및 연신성의 증대를 위해 카르복실산 변성 폴리프로필렌의 첨가에 따른 연신성이 향상된 난연성 폴리프로필렌사의 조성물에 관한 것이다.
폴리프로필렌수지에 폴리 α올레핀 또는 에틸렌 공중합물을 일정비율로 혼합한 혼합수지에 포화지방산 및 실란으로 표면처리된 금속 수산화물 난연 충진제를 첨가하고, 실록산 무수말레인산 및 레디칼 발생제를 혼합한 카르복실산의 폴리프로필렌 변성제를 혼합처리하여 폴리프로필렌사의 연신성을 향상시킨것이다.

Claims (2)
- 폴리프로필렌수지와 에틸렌 공중합체를 6:4∼9:1의 비율로 혼합한 혼합수지 100중량부에 포화지방산에 의해 표면처리된 금속 수산화물 난연 충진제를 50∼120중량부 첨가하고, 카르복실산에 의한 폴리프로필렌 변성제를 5∼10중량부의 혼합하며 통상의 난연조제, 활제, 산화방지제 및 안료를 일정량 첨가하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연신성 향상 난연성 폴리프로필렌사의 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실산에 의한 폴리프로필렌 변성제가 실록산, 무수말레인산 및 레디칼 발생재를 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 연신성 향상 난연성 폴리프로필렌사의 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
