Abstract

본 발명은 폴리프로필렌 범퍼 커버 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리프로필렌 수지와 에틸렌프로필렌 고무로 이루어진 범퍼 커버 조성물에 있어서 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity)가 2종인 에틸렌프로필렌 고무를 사용하고 무기 필러를 첨가하여 이루어짐으로써 혼합시 수축률의 불균형, 도장성 및 성형성을 개선할 수 있는 폴리프로필렌 범퍼 커버 조성물에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 폴리프로필렌 수지와 에틸렌프로필렌 고무를 혼합한 성형품의 표면에 대한 주사전자현미경 사진을 나타낸 것으로서, (a)는 종래 폴리프로필렌과 에틸렌프로필렌을 단순 혼합한 것이고, (b)는 본 발명 실시예 2에 따라 제조된 폴리프로필렌 범퍼 커버 조성물이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 수지와 에틸렌프로필렌 고무로 이루어진 범퍼 커버 조성물에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지 55∼70중량%, 에틸렌프로필렌 고무 28∼45중량%, 무기필러 2∼5중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 1∼2.5중량%, 그리고 산화방지제, 활제 및 카본블랙 2.5∼7중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 범퍼커버 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌프로필렌 고무는 무니점도(Mooney viscosity)20R인 것과 70R인 것을 1 : 1 중량비로 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 범퍼 커버 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기필러는 탈크 도는 화인 탈크임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 범퍼 커버 조성물.
