Abstract

본 발명은 아크릴수지와 무기충전물을 사용하는 인조대리석을 제조함에 있어서, 아크릴 시럽(a) 30~50중량%, 무기충전물(b) 50~70중량%, (a)+(b) 100에 대하여 각각 가교제 0.5~5중량% 유기과산화물 0.05~2중량%와 분해촉진제 0.01~0.5중량%의 비율로 혼합조성함을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석판의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 넓은 면적의 열전달 속도의 차이에서 야기되는 반응의 불균일을 해소함으로써 공업적 이점을 갖는 인조대리석판을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 아크릴수지와 무기충전물을 사용하는 인조대리석을 제조함에 있어서, 아크릴 시럽 (a) 30~50중량% 무기충전물(b) 50~70중량%, (a)+(b) 100대 대하여 각각 가교제 0.5~5중량%, 유기과산화물 0.05~2중량%와 분해촉진제 0.01~0.5중량%의 비율로 혼합조성함을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 시럽으로 아크릴계 모노머와 이들의 중합물인 폴리아크릴레이트가 10 : 1.5∼4의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 폴리머 시럽을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석판의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분해촉진제는 황산철, 질산코발트, 황산망간, 요오드화동등으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 전이금속화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석판의 제조방법.
