Abstract

본 발명은 망간건전지에 관한 것으로서, 납을 감량 또는 제거해서, 종래와 동등 이상의 기계적강도와 부식억제효과가 있는 부극캔을 사용한 수은, 카드뮴무첨가의 망간건전지를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 납함유량이 0.01~0.4중량%이고, 또한 인듐 및/ 또는 비스무트를 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극캔을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 납함유량이 0.01~0.5중량%이고, 또한 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  2. 납함유량이 0.01~0.4중량%이고, 또한 인듐을 0.01~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  3. 납함유량이 0.01~0.4중량%이고, 또한 비스무트를 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.05중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  4. 납함유량이 0.01~0.4중량%이고, 또한 인듐을 0.001~0.05중량%, 비스무트를 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  5. 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  6. 인듐을 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  7. 비스무트를 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  8. 인듐을 0.001~0.05중량%, 비스무트를 0.001~0.05중량%, 티탄을 0.001~0.5중량% 함유한 아연합금으로 이루어진 부극아연캔을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
  9. 제1항~제8항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 아연합금의 티탄함유량이 0.005~0.01중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 망간건전지.
