Claims (4)
- 유기 전해질 전지에 있어서,리튬 또는 리튬 합금으로 구성된 양극과, 유기 전해질과,M은 최소한 Co, Ni, Fe, Cr 그리고 V중의 하나를 나타내는 LiMO2로 표시되는 금속 복합 산화물과 리튬으로 구성된 음극활성 물질을 함유하는 음극을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속이 Co를 특징으로 하는 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속이 Co와 Ni를 특징으로 하는 유기 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활성 물질이 X는 O보다 크며 원소비에서 0.27 보다 크지 않는 LiCo1-xNixO2를 특징으로 하는 유기 전해질 전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
