Abstract
리튬염과 천이금속염의 혼합물을 산소분위기하에서 소성하여, LixNiyM1-yO2(단,M은 1종 또는 1종 이상의 천이금속이고 x,y는 각각 0.05≤x≤1.01, 0.5≤y≤1.0임)인 조성의 리튬천이금속 복합산화물을 합성함에 있어서, 소성분위기의 산소압력을 최소한 소성공정의 어떤 한 시기에 있어서 147.1kP이상한다.
조성, 특성이 균일하고, 정극활(正極活)물질로서 우수한 기능을 발휘하는 리튬천이금속 복합산화물을 얻을 수 있다. 따라서, 이와 같이 하여 합성된 리튬천이금속 복합산화물을 정극활물질로 하여 정극을 구성하면, 사이클 특성이 우수하고, 고에너지밀도인 동시에 재료코스트가 낮고, 또한 전지용량에 불균일이 없는 품질이 균일한 리튬2차전지를 얻는 것이 가능하게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 정극활물질을 적용한 리튬2차전지의 구성을 나타낸 개략종단면도,
제2도는 소성에 있어서의 분위기의 산소압력과 전지용량의 불균일의 관계를 나타낸 특성도.
Claims (2)
- 리튬염과 천이금속염의 혼합물을 산소분위기하에서 소성하여, LixNiyM1-yO2(단,M은 1종 또는 1종 이상의 천이금속이고 x,y는 각각 0.05≤x≤1.01, 0.5≤y≤1.0임)인 조성의 리튬천이금속 복합산화물을 합성함에 있어서, 소성분위기의 산소압력을 최소한 소성공정의 어떤 한 시기에 있어서 147.1kP이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 정극활(正極活)물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성되는 리튬천이금속 복합산화물이 LixNiyM1-yO2(단, x,y는 각각 0.05≤x≤1.01, 0.5≤y≤1.0임)인 조성인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 정극활물질의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
