Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 상용화된 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리아미드 기본 수지와 (b) 성분 (a)의 100중량부당 1 내지 7중량부의 도전성 카본 블랙으로 이루어지고, 노치 아이조드 충격 강도가 15KJ/㎡ 이상이며, 체적 저항이 106오옴·㎝ 이하인 열가소성 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 정전하 분무 코팅법에 의해 용이하게 페인팅될 수 있는 성형제품에 적합하다. 본 발명은 또한 적어도 2단계로 이루어진, 본 발명의 조성물을 제조하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 제1단계에서 기본 수지를 제조하고, 그 다음 단계에서 이 기본 수지에 카본 블랙을 혼입시킨다. 본 발명은 또한 본 발명의 조성물로 성형된 제품에 관한 것이며 정전하 분무법으로 페인팅되는 그러한 제품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 상용화된 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리아미드 기본 수지(base resin)와 (b) 성분 (a)의 100중량부당 1 내지 7중량부의 도전성 카본 블랙으로 이루어지고, 노치 아이조드 충격 강도가 15KJ/㎡ 이상(ISO 180/1A 방법으로 측정)이고, 체적 저항이 106오옴·㎝ 이하(ISO 294에 따라 아령형(dumb-bell) 막대로 성형하고 시편의 양단부를 부러뜨려, 양단부의 부러진 단면에 은 페인트를 칠하고, 이러한 은 페인트를 칠한 부분 사이의 저항을 전기다목적 측정기(multimeter)로 측정하여 얻어진 ISO 3167에 따른 길이 약 70㎜의 다목적 시편 A 타입의 좁고 평행한 부분에서 측정)인 열가소성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 용융 점도가 1500S-1및 282℃의 조건에서 ISO 1133에 따라 측정하였을 때 260Pa.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상용화된 기본 수지(a)가 (a1) 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지 10 내지 90중량%[(a1)과 (a2)의 총중량을 기준으로]와, (a2) 폴리아미드 수지 90 내지 10중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상용화제가 말레 산 무수물, 푸마르 산 무수물, 시트르 산, 말 산, 그리고 폴리페닐렌 에테르와 트리멜리트산 무수물 산 클로라이드와의 반응 생성물, 또는 폴리페닐렌 에테르와 말레산 무수물 또는 푸마르 산과의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 충격 강도 개선제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 보강섬유, 안정화제, 염료, 안료, 폴리올레핀, 윤활제들 중 어느 하나의 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. (1) 상용화된 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리아미드 기본 수지를 제조하는 공정과 (2) 상용화된 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리아미드 기본 수지에 도전성 카본블랙을 혼입시키는 공정으로 이루어지는,(a)상용화된 폴리페닐렌에테르-폴리아미드 기본수지와 (b) 성분 (a) 100중량부당 1 내지 7중량부의 도전성 카본 블랙을 함유하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 도전성 카본 블랙을 기본 수지가 섭씨 300。 이상의 열 용융 상태에 도달한 뒤에 폴리페닐렌에테르 폴리아미드 기본 수지에 혼입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 10중량% 이상의 카본 블랙을 함유하는 폴리아미드-카본 블랙 마스터 배치의 형태로 카본 블랙을 폴리페닐렌 에테르 폴리아미드 기본 수지에 혼입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 제1배합 단계에서 상용화된 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리아미드 기본 수지를 배합하고, 만들어진 이 기본 수지를 도전성 카본 블랙과 함께 제2배합 단계에서 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
