Abstract
하기식(1)로 표시되는 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체 :
〔식중, R1,R2및 R3는 서로 같거나 다르며 각각은 수소, 저급 알킬기, 할로겐오, 시아노, 히드록시, 또는 할로겐, 페닐 또는 히드록시피페리디노로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알콕시기를 나타내고; R4는 수소, 저급 알콕시, 할로겐오 또는 할로겐오 또는 시아노로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬를 나타내고; R5및 R6은 서로 같거나 다르며 각각은 수소 또는 저급 알킬을 나타낸다.〕이 유도체는 저지방혈증, 저혈압 및 저혈당증 효과에 우수하며 과자 방혈증, 고혈압 및 당뇨병의 치료 및 예방에 유용하다.

Claims (8)
- 하기식의 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체 :〔식중, R1,R2및 R3는 서로 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 시아노기, 히드록실기, 또는 할로겐원자, 페닐기 또는 히드록시피페리디노기를 가질 수 있는 저급 알콕시기를 나타내고; R4는 수소원자, 저급 알콕시기, 할로겐원자 또는 환기로서 할로겐원자 또는 시아노기를 가질 수 있는 저급 알킬기를 나타내며; R5및 R6은 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다.〕.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2및 R3이 각각 수소원자를 나타내는 식으로 표시되는 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자 히드록실기, 또는 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 페닐기 또는 히드록시피페리디노기를 가질수 있는 저급 알콕시기를 나타내고; R4가 수소원자, 저급 알콕시기, 또는 치환기로서 시아노기를 가질수 있는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고; R5및 R6이 같거나 다르며 각각 저급 알킬기를 나타내는 식으로 표시되는 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체.
- 하기의 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체 :〔식중, R1′은 할로겐 원자 또는 벤질옥시기를 나타내고; R4′는 수소원자, 저급 알콕시기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내며, R5′ 및 R6′는 같거나 다르며 각각 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다〕.
- 제4항에 있어서, R1′이 염소원자를 나타내고 R4′가 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내는 식으로 표시되는 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체.
- 제1 내지 5항의 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체의 1종 이상을 활성 성분으로 비-독성의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 담체와 함께 함유하는 항 당뇨성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 제5항의 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체의 1종 이상인 항 당뇨성 조성물.
- 제1 내지 5항의 포스폰산 디에스테르 유도체 1종이상을 약리학적으로 유효한 양으로 환자에게 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 당뇨병 치료법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
