Abstract
본 발명은, 하기 일반식(1), 바람직하게는 하기 일반식(1a)
(식중, R는 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 시클로헥사놀유도체이다. 상기 시클로헥사놀유도체는 구강내점막뿐아니라 피부에 대해서도 충분한 냉감을 부여하는 동시에 거의 냄새가 없고, 이 시클로헥사놀 유도체를 사용하므로서 거의 냄새가 없는 냉감제 및 냉감제 및 여러가지의 냉감성조성물을 얻게 된다.

Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(1)(식중, R는 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는시클로헥사놀유도체.
- 특허청구범위 제1항에 기재된 시클로헥사놀유도체를 함유해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉감제.
- 특허청구범위 제1항에 기재된 시클로헥사놀유도체를 함유해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉감성조성물.
- 하기 일반식(1a)(식중, R는 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는시클로헥사놀유도체.
- 하기식(2a)로 표시되는 (-)-이소프레골을 금속나트륨 또는 수소화나트륨의 존재하에서 벤질할라이드와 반응시켜서 하기식(3a)로 표시되는 화합물을 형성하고, 이 화합물(3a)을 하이드로브레이션반응에 의해서 하기식(4a)로 표시되는 화합물로 하고 이 화합물(4a)을 염기의 존재하, 알킬화제에 의해 알킬화해서, 하기 일반식(5a)식중, R는 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 화합물을 형성하고, 이 화합물(5a)을 탈벤질화제의 존재하에서 접촉수소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(1a)(식중, R는 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는시클로헥사놀유도체의 제조방법.
- 하기 일반식(6a)(식중, α는 H 혹은 탄소수 1~5의 직사슬상 또는 분기사슬상의 알킬기를 표시함)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벤질시클로헥실에테르유도체.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
