Abstract
예를 들면, 산화아연과의 스피넬 형태인 3가 또는 4가 금속, 특히 알루미늄 또는 갈륨을 혼합시킴에 의해 산화아연 조성물의 표면적을 증가시키고 가열에 대해 안정화시킨다. 조성물은 바람직하게는 아연 및 상기 금속화합물의 공침 및 소성에 의해 제조한다. 또한, 산화아연 조성물을 Ⅷ족 금속과 혼합할 수 있고, 피셔 트롭쉬방법용 촉매로서 사용할 수도 있다.

Claims (12)
- 주기율표의 Ⅷ족 금속 이외의 1이상의 3가 또는 4가 금속을 함유하며, 이 금속은 원자 함량이 아연의 1∼15%이고, 금속 및/또는 산화금속 및/또는 산화금속으로 열적 분해가능한 화합물, 및/또는 산화아연을 사용한 화합물 형태인, 300℃에서 5시간 동안 소성 후 표면적 30㎡/g이상임을 특징으로 하는 산화아연 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이 주기율표의 ⅢB족 금속의 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속의 일부 이상이 산화아연과의 스피넬(spinel)형태로 존재하는 알루미늄 또는 갈륨임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 300℃에서 5시간 동안 소성 후 표면적 80~150㎡/g임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아연에 대한 금속의 원자 비율이 1.4~5%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (i)1이상의 침전된 산화아연 및 신화아연으로 열적 분해 가능한 아연 화합물 및 (ii)1이상의 제1항에 정의된 3가 또는 4가 금속 화합물을 함유하고, 이 화합물은 침전된 산화물 또는 금속의 산화물을 열적 분해가능한 화합물이고, 이 금속의 원자 함량은 아연의 1∼15%임을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 따른 조성물용 전구체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산화아연 및 상기 금속의 산화물을 함유하는 공침, 또는 1또는 2모두 산화물 또는 스피넬로 열적 분해가능한 화합물 형태임을 특징으로 하는 전구체.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 전구체를 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
- 1이상의 천연 금속을 산화아연 조성물에 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 정의된 함량 및 형태로 혼합시켜 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 정의된 조성물을 형성시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 300℃에서 5시간 동안 소성 후 표면적 300㎡/g이하인 산화아연 조성물의 표면적을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 정의된 산화아연 조성물과 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 구리를 함유하거나 제8항에 정의된 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산화아연 조성물상에 코발트를 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 피셔 트롭쉬 조건하에 환원 활성화시킨 후 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하고 제10항 또는 제11항에 따르는 촉매조성물상에 일산화탄소 및 수소의 혼합물을 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소 및 수소의 혼합물을 탄화수소로 전환시키는 피셔 트롭쉬 반응을 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
