Abstract

본 발명은 포스포르산 에스테르 및/또는 카바메이트 부류로부터의 하나 이상의 활성물질 0.001내지 70중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 45중량%, 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아릴 폴리글리콜 에테르-포르포르산 에스테르의 염 0.001 내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1내지 10중량%및 나머지 %를 구성하는 물 및 경우에 따라 용매 및/또는 부가제를 함유하는 수중 오일 유액에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, 각각의 R1은 서로 독립적으로, 수소, C1-C24-알킬, C5-C15-사이 클로알킬, C8-C24아릴 또는 C6-C24-알카릴이고, R2는 수소, -O-C1-C24-알킬, -O-C5-C15-사이클로알킬, -O-C6-C18-아릴 또는 A이며, M은 알칼리 금속 이온, 알칼리 토금속 이온 또는 일반식 HN(R3)3의 암모늄 이온이고, R3는 수소, C1-C4-알킬, C5-C15-사이클로알킬, C6-C18-아릴 또는 일반식 -(CH2)Z-OH의 그룹이며, z는 1내지 10의 수이고, x는 0 내지 80의 수이며, y는 0내지 50의 수이고, x밑 y의 합은 0이 아니다.
상기 수중 오일 유액은 바람직하게는 농업, 원예, 가정및 위생 분야, 및/또는 의학 분야에서 사용된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 포스페이트 및/또는 카바메이트 부류로 부터의 하나 이상의 활성물질 0.001내지 70중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 45중량%, 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아릴 폴리글리콜 에테르 포스페이트의 염 0.001내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1내지 10중량%, 및 100중량%가 되게하는 양의 물, 및 경우에 따라, 용매 및/또는 부가제를 포함하는 수중 오일 유액.
    상기식에서, 각각의 R1은 서로 독립적으로, 수소, C1-24-알킬, C5-C15-사이 클로알킬, C8-C24아릴 또는 C6-C24-알카릴이고, R2는 수소, -O-C1-C24-알킬, -O-C5-C15-사이클로알킬, -O-C6-C18-아릴 또는 A이며 M은 알칼리 금속 이온, 알칼리 토금속 이온 또는 일반식 HN(R3)3의 암모늄 이온이고, 각각의 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4-알킬, C5-C15-사이클로알킬, C6-C18-아릴 또는 일반식 -(CH2)Z-OH의 그룹이며, z는 1내지 10의 수이고, x는 0 내지 80의 수이며, y는 0내지 50의 수이고, x밑 y의 합은 0이 아니다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 농화학적 활성 물질, 가정및 위생 분야에서의 해충 방제용 활성물질, 및/또는 약리학적 활성물질을 포함하는 유액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 계면활성제가 페놀 폴리글리콜 에테르의 모노-및/또는 디포스페이트의 염인 유액.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유액을 기준으로 하여, 용매 0 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 0내지 20중량%를 함유하는 유액.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 용매로서 방향족, 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소, 알콜 또는 케톤이 사용되는 유액.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 부가제로서 방부제, 부동제, 향-개선제 및/또는 산을 함유하는 유액.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 오일상의 수성상중에, 평균 입자 직경이 0.01내지 10㎛인 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 0.5㎛인 소적 형태로 분산되어 있는 유액
  8. EPC 제52조 제4항에 따른 방법에서의 수중 오일 유액의 용도를 제외하고, 농업 및 원예 분야, 가정 및 위생 분야 및/또는 의학 분야에서 제1항에 따른 수중 오일 유액을 사용하는 방법.
