Claims (7)

  1. (S)-1'-메톡시카보닐에탈 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트.
  2. (S)-1'-에톡시카보닐에탈 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트.
  3. 활성성분으로서 (S)-1'-메톡시카보닐에탈 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트, 또는 (S)-1'-에톡시카보닐에탈 2-브로모-5-(2 -클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트 0.01∼95중량 %와, 하나 이상의 고체 및/ 또는 액체 담체, 바람직하게는 천연 또는 합성물질의 가루, 및/또는 시클로헥사논을 함유하며, 임의로, 바람직하게는 음이온 및/또는 비이온성 에멀선화제 또는 분산제등의 표면 활성제를 함유하는 것이 특징인 제조체 조성물.
  4. 제3항에서, 활성성분이(S)-1'-메톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트인 것이 특징인 제조체 조성물.
  5. 제3항에서, 황성성분이 (S)-1'-에톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트인 것이 특징인 제조체 조성물.
  6. 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ) (식에서 R은 메틸 또는 에틸기)의 라틱산 에스테르의 (S) 에난치오머 또는 라세미체와, 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조일 할라이드(바람직하게는 클로라이드)를 용매중에서, 바람직하게 산결합체의 존재하에서 반응시키고, 이후, 그 반응혼합물로부터, (S)-1'-메톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트 또는 (S)-1'-에톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트를 분리, 정제하는 (S)-1'-메톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트 또는 (S)-1'-에톡시카보닐에틸 2-브로모-5-(2-클로로-4-트리플루오르메틸페녹시) 벤조에이트의 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항의 화합물을, 제3항에 의한 조성물의 형태로, 식물 또는 토양에 제초효과를 나타내는 양으로 전처리 또는 후처리 사용하는 것이 특징인 유해한 잡초성장 억제방법.
