Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식 II 의 페녹시 프탈리드 유도체 :
    여기에서 R1은 수소 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬 또는 할로알킬기를 나타내고 : R2및 R3는 같거나 다를 수 있는 것으로서, 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬, 할로알킬, 니트로 또는 시아노기를 나타내고 ; R4는 포화 알킬기 ;R5는 불포화 알킬기 ; 및 X는 산소 또는 황원자를 나타낸다.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 트리플루오로메틸기; R2가 할로겐원자; 및 R3가 수소원자를 나타내는 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X가 산소인 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R4가 메틸 또는 에틸기인 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R5가 비닐기 또는 에티닐기인 화합물.
  6. 화합물 5-(2'-클로로-4'-트리플루오로메틸-페녹시)3-에틸-3-에티닐 프탈리드.
  7. 화합물 5-(2'-클로로-4'-트리플루오로메틸페녹시)-3-메틸-3-비닐 프탈리드.
  8. 하기 일반식 III의 화합물;
    (여기에서 R1은 수소 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬 또는 할로알킬기를 나타내고; R2및 R3는 같거나 다를 수 있는 것으로서, 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬, 할로알킬, 니트로 또는 시아노기를 나타내고; R4는 포화 알킬기 ;R5는 불포화 알킬기; 및 X는 산소 또는 황원자를 나타낸다)을 하기 일반식 R5-M-Hal의 유기금속 화합물(여기에서 R5불포화 알킬기, M은 금속원자, Hal은 할로겐원자를 나타낸다)과 반응시키거나, 또는 R5가 알키닐기인 경우는 일반 구조식 R5M의 유기 금속 화합물(여기에서 R5는 아키닐기이고 M은 알카리 금속 원자이다)과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 일반식II의 페녹시 프탈리드 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제8항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 화합물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항, 또는 제9항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물과 담체를 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제7항, 또는 제9항중 어느 한 하에 청구된 화합물, 또는 제10항에 청구된 조성물을 원하지 않는 식물이 자라는 지역에 처리함으로써 그 지역에서 원하지 않는 식물의 성장을 억제하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제7항, 또는 제9항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물을 제초제로서 이용.
