Claims (17)

  1. 다음일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤조일 우레아염.
    상기식에서, R1내지 R5는 각각 독립해서 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C6알콕시, R6은 수소 또는 C1-C6알킬, R7은 페닐, 나프틸, 피리딘, 피리다지닐, 피리미디닐 또는 피라지닐로서 이들 각각은 치환되거나 비치환일 수 있고, 또 X+는 무기 또는 유기양이온이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 플루오르, 염소 또는 베톡시, R2내지 R5가 각각 독립해서 수소, 플루오르,염소 또는 메톡시, R6가 수소 또는 메틸, R7이 치환되거나 또는 비치화된 페닐, X+가 알칼리금속 양이온 또는
    이때 R8내지 R11이 각각 독립헤서 수소, C1-C20알킬, 벤질 또는 페닐이고, 또 R12가 수소 또는 C1-C20알킬인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 플루오르, 염소 또는 메톡시, R2내지 R3가 각각 독립해서 수소, 플루오르, 염소 또는 메톡시, R6가 수소 또는 메틸, R7이 치환되거나 또는 비치환된 페닐, 또 X+가 알카리금속양이온 또는 (CH3)4N+, (C2H5)4N+, (n-C3H7)4N+,(i-C3H7)4N+, (n-C4H9)4N+,
    또는 인화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 플루오르, 염소 또는 메톡시, R2내지 R5가 각각 독립해서 수소, 플루오르, 염소 또는 메톡시, R6이 수소, R7이 할로겐원자, 할로알킬, 할로알콕사 및 디알킬아미노기로부터 선정한 1개 또는 그 이상의 치환기로 치환되거나 또는 각각의 기가 다시 니트로, 할로겐, 할로알킬 및 할로알콕시로부터 선정한 l개 또는 그 이상의 치환기로 치환된 페녹시 또는 피리딜옥시라디칼로 치환된 페닐기이거나 ; 또는 R7이, 3,4-0-CF2-CF2-0- 또는 3,4-0-CF2-CFCl-0-기로 치환된 페닐기, 또 X+가 Na+, K+또는 (CH3)4N+, (C2H5)4N+, CH3-(CH2)15-N+(CH3)3또는 (n-C4H9)4N+인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다음 구조식을 갖는 화합물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 다음 구조식을 갖는 화합물.

  11. 다음일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 금속 알칸올레이트와 반응시키거나 또는 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 수산화 암모늄과 반응시켜서 제l항 내지 제10항중 어느 1개 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1내지 R7은 제1항의 정의와 동일하고 또 X+는 유기양이온이다.
  12. 적당한 담체 및/또는 기타 보조제와 함께 활성성분으로서 제1항 내지 제10항중 그 어느 하나에 따른 화합물을 함유하는 살충제조성물.
  13. 해충 및 대표적인 아카리나(Acarina) 목(目)을 방제하는데 대한 상기 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 1개 화합물의 용도.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 식물 파괴해충을 유충단계에서 방제하는데 대한 용도.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 진드기를 방제하는데 대한 용도.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느한 항에 마른 화합물의 용도.
  17. 해충과 이드의 각종 성장단계 또는 이들의 소재지를 살충효과량 만큼의 제1항 내지 제10항중 그 어느한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 보조제 및 담체와 함께 살충효과량 만큼의 이들 화합물을 포함하는 조성물과 접촉시키거나 또는 처리해서 해충 및 대표적인 아카리나목을 방제하는 방법.
