Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 이의 N-산화물 ;
    R-N=NX (I)
    상기식에서, R은 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 것으로, 적어도 하나의 이들의 치환체는 임의로 치환된 아미노기이며 ; X는 시아노기, -COOH 기 또는 이의 염, 에스테르 또는 아미도유도체를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 시아노기를 나타내는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 일반식 -CONR1R2의 기(이때, R1및 R2각각은, 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬 또는 페닐기를 나타냄)로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R이 일반식 -CONHR1의 기(이때, R1은 수소원자, 알킬기, 페닐기 또는 할로페닐기를 나타냄)로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내는 화합물.
  5. 일반식 ;
    (I)의 화합물;
    R-N=O (II)
    의 화합물과 시안아미드를 반응시켜, X가 시아노기를 나타내는 일반식 I의 N-산화물을 화합물을 형성하고; 임의로, 일반식 I의 다른 화합물을 생성하도록 상기 화합물을 유도체화 하는 것으로 구성된, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와 같은 일반식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.
  6. 일반식 ;
    R-N2 +X-(IV)
    의 화합물(이때, X-는 유도된 음이온임)과 알카리 금속 미네랄산으로부터 시안화물을 반응시켜, 일반식 I의 산화되지 않은 화합물을 형성하고 ; 임의로, 일반식 I의 다른 화합물을 생성하도록 상기 생성물을 유도체화하는 것으로 구성되는 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와같은 일반식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.
  7. 담체 및 활성 성분으로서 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와 같은 일반식 I의 화합물로 구성된 살진균제 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와 같은 일반식 I의 화합물로 또는 제7항에서 청구된 바와 같은 조성물로 일정 지역을 처리하는 것으로 구성된, 상기 지역에서 균류를 방제하는 방법.
  9. 살진균제로서, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와같은 일반식 I의 화합물 또는 제7항에 있어서, 청구된 바와 같은 조성물의 이용.
