Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로 사이클 유도체.
    여기에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고 A는또는인데 여기에서 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기 이고 Y1은 아미노기, 메틸기 또는 염소원자이고 R3는 메틸기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이고 Z는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 메틸기이고 A가일때 X는 산소원자 또는 황원자이고 A가일때 X는 황원자이다.
  2. 일반식 A1-COOH로 표시되는 헤테로 사이클 카르복실산 또는 그 반응성 유도체를 하기 일반식 (IV)로 표시되는 아미노인단 유도체와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 식으로 표시되는 헤테로 사이클 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    여기에서 A1이며 이 식에서 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Y1은 아미노기, 메틸기 또는 염소원자 이고 R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸 그룹이다.
    여기서 R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
  3. 하기 일반식 (II)로 표시되는 헤테로사이클 유도체를 티오화제와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식 (VIII)로 표시되는 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    여기에서 A는또는이며 이들 식에서 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Y1은 아미노기, 메틸기 또는 염소원자이고 R3는 메틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고, Z은 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 메틸기이고, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이다.
    여기서 A 및 R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 티오화제가 오황화인, 2,4-비스(메틸티오)-1,3,2,4-디티아디포스페탄-2,4-디설파이드 또는 2,4-비스(P-메톡시페닐)-1,3,2,4-디티아디포스페탄-2,4-디설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 하기 일반식 (VI)으로 표시되는 아미노인단 유도체를 하기 일반식 (VII)로 표시되는 티오아미드 유도체와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식 (V)로 표시되는 헤테로사이클 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    여기에서 R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Y2는 아미노기 또는 메틸기이다.
    여기에서 R1및 R2는 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
    여기에서 Y2는 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
  6. 활성성분으로서 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 헤테로사이클 유도체를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제 조성물.
    여기에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고 A는또는이며 여기에서 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Y1은 아미노기, 메틸기, 또는 염소원자이고, R3는 메틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Z는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 메틸기이고 A가일때 X는 산소원자 또는 황원자이고, A가일때 X는 황원자 및 불활성 캐리어 이다.
  7. 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 헤테로사이클 화합물을 살균제 효과를 내는 양만큼 균에 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균을 제어하는 방법.
    여기에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고 A는또는이며 R2는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루로오 메틸기 또는 염소원자이고 R3는 메틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이고 Z은 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 메틸기이고 A가일때 X는 산소 원자, 황원자이고 A가일때 X는 황원자이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 균이 식물 병원균인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 따른 헤테로 사이클 화합물을 살균제로서 사용하는 방법.
