Claims (10)
- 하기 식의 포스폰아미도 화합물(상기식에서 R은 6이하 탄소원자의 알킬 또는 알케닐이거나 페닐 또는 벤질이고, R1은 5이하 탄소 원자의 직쇄알킬, 6이하 탄소원자의 측쇄알킬, 페닐 또는 벤질이며, R2는 수소원자 또는 6이하 탄소원자의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐기이거나 페닐로 치환된 6이하 탄소원자의 알킬;페닐 또는 6이하 탄소원자의 알킬과 할로겐으로부터 선택되는 치환기 1-3개로 치환된 페닐임).
- 제1항에 있어서, R과 R1은 각각 알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 수소원자, 알킬 또는 알키닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R은 메틸, 에틸 또는 프로필기를 나타내고, R1은 프로필, 부틸 또는 펜틸기를 나타내며, R2는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸기를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R은 에틸이고, R1은 프로필 또는 1-메틸프로필이고, R2는 메틸, 에틸 또는 2-메틸프로필인 화합물.
- 하기식(II)의 포스폰아미도티오에이트를 2-8탄소원자의 알칸산 및 포름산의 무수물로 처리하는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항에 정의된 포스폰아미도 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무수물이 아세틱포르믹안하이드라이드이고, 반응은 물의 부재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물과 단체 및/또는 계면활성제로 구성되는 식물보호제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 혼합물 또는 제7항에 청구된 조서물로 해충이 있는 장소를 처리하는 것으로 구성되는, 거기에 있는 곤충, 진드기 및/또는 선충을 퇴치하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제4항에 정의된 화합물이 효과적인 투여량을 식물의 뿌리주변에 공급하는 것에 의해 토양-거주 곤충 및/또는 선충으로부터 식물을 보호하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 화합물 또는 제7항에 청구된 조성물의 살충제, 진드기 박멸제 및/ 또는 선충 박멸제로서의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
