Claims (12)

  1. 하기식(Ⅰ)의 유리형태 또는 염형태의 화합물.
    (이때 Y는 Cl 또는 OCH3, A는 1내지 5탄소원자의 O-알킬렌, 3내지 6탄소원자의 O-알케닐렌으로, 그 불포화는 그것의 산소원자에 인접되지 않으며, 또는 1내지 5탄소원자의 NH-알킬펜으로 O-및 NH-는 A가 인접한 NH에 결합된다.
    Z는 산소 또는 황, R은 H, C1-12알킬, C3-8알키닐, 18 내지 80의 원자량을 갖는 1내지 6할로겐을 함유하는 C2-10할로알킬, C2-10알콕시알킬, C3-10알콕시 알콕시알킬, C3-8사이클로알킬 또는 18 내지 80원자량의 1 또는 2할로겐 또는 C1-2알킬기로 임의로 치환된 C4-8사이클로알케닐; C3-8사이클로알킬-C1-3알킬 또는 18 내지 80원자량의 할로 또는 C1-2알킬기로 임의로 모노-또는 디-링 치환된 C4-8사이클로 알케닐-C1-3알킬; 또는 기 G1,
    이때 m은 0 내지 3, R'와 R″는 서로 무관하게 H, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4알킬티오, CF3, 18 내지 80원자량의 할로 또는 NO2, R'″는 H, C1-3알킬 또는 18내지 80원자량의 할로 또는 R', R″와 R″중 두개는 C1-2알켄디옥시를 이루며 나머지 하나는 H임)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A가 C1-3O-알킬렌, R이 H, C1-6알킬, C3-6알케닐, 1 내지 6할로겐을 함유한 C2-5할로알킬, C2-6알콕시알콕시, C3-6알콕시알목시알콕시, C3-6사이클로알킬, C3-6사이클로알킬-C1-3알킬 또는 m이 0 또는 1이며, R'는 H, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐, NO2, R″는 H, 할로겐 또는 -C1-4알킬, 또는 R'와 R″가 함께 C1-2알킬렌디옥시를 이루며 R″는 H 또는 할로겐이며, 할로겐 치환분을 Cl과 F로부터 선택되는 기 G1인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Y가 OCH3이며 A가 OCH2인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R이 기 G1인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, m이 1인 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R'가 CH3, F, Cl 또는 NO2, R″가 H, Cl 또는 CH3이며 R″가 H인 화합물.
  7. 제6항에서, a) R'가 4-CH3이며 R″가 H 또는 b) R'가 3-CH3이며 R″가 H, 또는 c)R'가 2-Cl이며 R″가 4-Cl, 또는 d) R'가 3-Cl이며 R″가 4-Cl, 또는 e) R'가 3-Cl이며 R″가 H, 또는 f) R가 2-Cl이며 R″가 H, 또는 g) R'가 3-Cl이며 R″가 5-Cl, 또는 h) R'가 4-F이며 R″가 H, 또는 i) R'가 4-NO2이며 R″가 H인 화합물.
  8. 하기식(Ⅱ) 화합물을 하기식(Ⅲ) 화합물과 반응시키고 R이 H이외의 것인 식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 R이 H가 아닌 식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물을 트랜스 에스테르화 시킨후, 임의로 식(Ⅰ)의 산출화합물을 염생성 염기와 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 제1항에서의 식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 유리형태 또는 염형태로 제조하는 방법.
    (이때 R1은 OH 또는 NH2, Y는 제1항의 정의와 같고 X는 할로겐, A,Z 와 R은 제1항에서와 같다.)
  9. 유리형태 또는 농화학적 허용염형태로 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과 농화학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는 제초 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항에 의한 화합물을 제초적으로 유효한 양으로 유리형태 또는 농화학적으로 허용되는 염형태로 잡초 또는 그 지역에 적용시켜 잡초를 방제하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 그 화합물이 발아전 식물에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 그 옥수수에 거의 피해를 주지 않고 잡초를 방제하기에 충분한 비율로 그 화합물을 옥수수(메이즈, maize) 지역에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
