Claims (10)

  1. 활성 성분으로서 글루타르알데히드와 4급 암모늄 화합물을 함유하는 조류제거제 조성물의 유효 조류제거량의 수성 시스템에 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 수성 시스템에서 조류생장을 억제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 4급 암모늄 화합물이 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이거나, 함께 시클로알킬 또는 방향족환을 형성하고, R3는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아르알킬 또는 시클로알킬이거나, R1및 R2와 함께 헤테로시클릭 방향족환을 형성하며, R4는 탄소수 10 이상의 장쇄 알킬이고, X는 음이온이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 메틸이고, R3가 메틸, 벤질 또는 에틸벤질이며, R4는 C10-18알킬이고, X가 할라이드인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 4급 암모늄 화합물이 C12-16알킬 디메틸 벤질 암모늄 클로라이드의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 조류제거제 조성물이 언급된 수성 시스템에서 약 10 내지 약 200ppm의 언급된 활성성분양을 제공하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 조류 제거제 조성물이 언급된 수성 시스템에서 약 20 내지 약 50ppm의 활성 성분양을 제공하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄 화합물에 대한 글루타르알데히드의 중량비가 약 0.5:1 내지 약 15:1인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 비가 약 5:1 내지 약 6:1인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 조류 제거제 조성물이 물. 약 10 내지 약 50중량%의 글루타르알데히드 및 약 1 내지 약 40중량%의 4급 암모늄 화합물을 함유하는 방법.
  10. 활성 성분으로서 C12-16알킬 디메틸 벤질 암모늄 클로라이드의 혼합물과 글루타르알데히드를 약 5:1 내지 약 6:1의 언급된 혼합물에 대한 글루타르알데히드의 중량비로 함유하는 조류 제거제 조성물중 약 20 내지 약 50ppm 중량의 활성 성분을 수성 시스템에 제공함을 특징으로 하여 수성 시스템에서 조류생장을 억제하는 방법.
