으로 표시되는 옥사 또는 아다스테로이드 7위치 치환 화합물은 뛰어난 아로마타아제 저해작용을 가지며, 에스트로겐류로 기인하는 질병, 예를 들면, 유방암, 자궁암, 전립선, 비대증등의 예방, 처치에 있어서 유용하다. 이 화합물은 스테로이드 D고리부에 헤테로 원자가 도입되어 있고, 또한 스테로이드 골격이 7위치(치환기 R1)가-S-R2(여기서 R2는 수소원자:히드록시, 아미노 또는 저급 알콕시카르보닐기로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기:저급 알케닐기:아르알킬기:할로겐 원자, 아민, 디-(저급 알킬)아미노, 저급알콕시 또는 저급 알킬기로 치환될 수 있는 아릴기:아실기:또는 저급 알콕시카르보닐기를 나타낸다), -S-(0)m-R3(여기서 R3은 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, m은 1또는 2를 나타낸다)또는 아르알킬기로 치환되어 있음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하기식으로 나타내는 스테로이드 화합물
    [상기식에서, R1은 -S-R2, -S(0)m-R3또는 아르알킬기를 나타내고 {식중, R2는 수소원자;히드록시, 아미노 또는 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기;저급 알케닐기:아르알킬기;할로겐원자, 아미노, 디-(저급알킬)아미노, 저급 알콕시 또는 저급 알킬기로 치환될 수 있는 아릴기:아실기: 또는 저급 알콕시카르보닐기를 나타내고, R3는 저급 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 1또는 2를 나타내고, R4는 수소원자 또는 -S-R5를 나타낸다(식중, R5는 히드록시, 아미노 또는 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기:저급알케닐기:아르알킬기:할로겐원자, 아미노, 디-(저급알킬)아미노, 저급 알콕시 또는 저급 알킬기로 치환될 수 있는 아릴기:또는 아실기를 나타낸다)}X는 C=0 또는 CH2를 나타내고, A는 0또는 NH를 나타내며, n은 1또는 2를 나타내고, 스테로이드 골격의 1,2위치 사이 및 6,7위치 사이의 파선은 이 위치에 수시로 이중결합이 존재할 수 있음을 의미한다(단, (a)A가 NH를 나타내는 경우, X는 C=0을 나타내고, (b)R1이 -S-R2또는 -S(0)m-R3를 나타내는 경우, 6,7위치 사이는 단일 결합을 나타내며, (c)R4가 -S-R5를 나타내는 경우, 1,2위치 사이는 단일 결합을 나타낸다)]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이-S-R2또는 -S(0)m-R3을 나타내는 스테로이드 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 치환기 R1이 α위치에 결합되어 있는 스테로이드 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, A가 0을 나타내고, n이 2를 나타내는 스테로이드 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 기재된 화합물을 함유하는 아로마타아제 저해제.
  6. 제1항에 기재된 화합물 및 제약적 허용가능한 첨가제로 구성되는 약제 조성물.
  7. 에스트로겐류로 기인하는 질병의 예방 또는 처치를 위한 제6항에 기재된 조성물의 용도.
  8. 제1항에 기재된 화합물의 유효량을 사람 또는 그외의 포유 동물에게 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 사람 또는 그외의 포유동물에 있어서의 에스트로겐류로 기인하는 질병의 예방 또는 처치 방법.
