Abstract

중합체 조성물은 전분 성분, 및 충진제가 분산된 1종이상의 열가소성 합성 중합체 조성물을 함유하는 매트릭스를 함유하며, 매트릭스가 C12∼C22지방산, C12∼C22지방족 알콜, 상기 지방산의 에스테르 및 아미드, 알디톨의 폴리올레판 왁스 및 폴리글리콜 에테르 또는 상기 지방산으로 에스테르화된 폴리글리세롤 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 유동화제를 함유하고, 상기 충진제가 매트릭스내에 분산된 유기종의 천연 충진제를 조성물 총중량에 대해 5∼70중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 매트릭스가 C12∼C22지방산, C12∼C22지방족 알콜, 상기 지방산의 에스테르 및 아미드, 알디톨의 폴리올레판 왁스 및 폴리글리콜 에테르 또는 상기 지방산으로 에스테르화된 폴리글리세롤 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 유동화제를 함유하며, 충진제가 매트릭스내에 분산된 유기종의 천연 충진제를 조성물 총중량에 대해 5∼70중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 전분 성분, 및 충진제가 분산된 1종이상의 열가소성 합성 중합체 성분을 함유하는 매트릭스를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제가 목분, 호도각분, 셀룰로스, 목면, 황마, 라피아, 쌀겨, 동물 강모, 키틴 및 입상 전분 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 충진제의 평균 크기가 0.5∼500마이크론, 바람직하게는 1.5∼300마이크론임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  4. 충진제가 실란, 티타네이트 및 지르코네이트로부터 선택된 가교제로 표면처리된 중합체 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전분 성분을 가소제 및/또는 물의 존재하에 열가소성 합성 중합체 성분과 함께 압출-자비함으로써 매트릭스 재료를 수득하는 중합체 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 합성 성분이; 폴리비닐 알콜; 폴리비닐 아세테이트; 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 이소부텐 및 스티렌으로부터 선택된 올레핀의 공중합체와 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 알킬아크릴레이트, 알킬메타크릴레이트, 말레인산, 비닐 알콜 및 비닐 아세테이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 단량체와의 공중합체; 탄소수 2∼24의 히드록시지방족산, 상응하는 락톤 또는 락티드의 단독 중합체 및 공중합체; 이가 카르복실산과 지방족 디올의 폴리에스테르중합체; 다당류의 그래프 공중합체 및 그의 혼합물을 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스 재료의 합성 중합체 성분이, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리-에틸렌-아크릴산, 폴리-에틸렌-비닐-알콜, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리-에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트, 폴리-에틸렌-무수-말레인산 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체 성분이; B1) 폴리-엡실론-카프로락톤, 및 특히 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 또는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트와 같은, 엡실론-카프로락톤과 이소시아네이트의 공중합체; B2) 락트산의 중합체 또는 폴리락티드, 글리콜산의 중합체 또는 폴리글리코리드, 락트산 및 글리콜산의 공중합체; B3) 폴리히드록시부티레이트, 폴리히드록시부티레이트/발레레이트; B4) 특히 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트 또는 세바케이트와 같은, 디카르복실산과 지방족 디올 유래의 중합체; B5) 히드록시산의 단독 중합체 및 공중합체, 특히 폴리-엡실론-카르로락톤, 및 1 이상의 하기 성분간에 형성된 블럭 또는 그래프트 공중합체; ⅰ) 셀룰로스 또는 변성 셀룰로스, 예를 들어 카르복시메틸셀룰로스 및 셀룰로스 아세테이트; ⅱ) 아밀로스, 아밀로펙틴, 천연 또는 변성전분; ⅲ) 디올(예：에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 시클로헥산디올), 및 말단 디올기를 갖는 폴리에스테르의 예비중합체 또는 중합체로부터 선택된 화합물과 하기로부터 선택된 단량체와의 반응으로부터 생성된 중합체; -이가 방향족 또는 지방족 이소시아네이트, -이가 방향족 또는 지방족 에폭시드, -디카르복실산 지방족산(예：말론산, 숙신산, 말레인산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피멜산, 수베르산, 아젤산 및 세바크산), -디카르복실산 시클로지방족산(예：시클로헥산디카르복실산, 2,2,2-디시 클로옥탄디카르복실산) 또는 -방향족산 또는 무수물(예：프탈산) ⅳ) 폴리우레탄, 디이소시아네이트 및 아미노알콜 유래의 폴리아미드-우레탄, 폴리아미드, 디카르복실산 및 아미노알콜 유래의 폴리에스테르-아미드, 아미노산 및 글리콜의 디에스테르 유래의 폴리에스테르-요소, ⅴ) 폴리히드록시화 중합체(예：전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 가수분해된, 폴리비닐 알콜, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체), ⅵ) 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 및 폴리에틸옥사졸린, B6) 히드록시산의 단량체, 및 이소시아네이트, 에폭시드, 페닐에스테르 및 지바족 카르보네이트와 같은 사슬 연장제로부터 수득된 폴리에스테르; B7) 부분 가교결합된 히드록시산의 단량체와 트리멜리트산, 피로멜리트산, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리에폭시드와 같은 다가산으로부터 수득된 폴리에스테르로부터 선택된 1종이상의 중합체를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스 재료의 합성 중합체 성분이; A) 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리-에틸렌-비닐 알콜, 폴리-에틸렌-아크릴산, 폴리-에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트, 폴리비닐 아세테이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 중합체, 및 B) 폴리-엡실론-카프로락톤, 엡실론-카프로락톤의 공중합체, 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 엡실론-카프로락톤과 이소시아네이트의 공중합체, 폴리히드록시부티레이트, 폴리히드록시부티레이트/발레레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 중합체를 (A)군의 중합체 및 (B)군의 중합체간의 1：4∼4：1로 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 글리세린, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 디글리콜, 프로필렌 디글리콜, 에틸렌 트리글리콜, 프로필렌 트리글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,2-, 1,3-, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜타디올, 1,6-, 1,5-헥산디올, 1,2,6-, 1,3,5-헥산트리올, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 트리메틸올 프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 솔르비톨 및 그의 아세테이트, 에톡실레이트 및 프로폭실레이트 유도체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가소제를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가소제가, 소르비톨 에톡실레이트, 글리세롤 에톡실레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 에톡실레이트, 소르비톨 아세테이트, 펜타에리트리톨 아세테이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체 조성물.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 가소제가 매트릭스 재료의 중량에 대해 1∼50중량%, 바람직하게는 5∼25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체 성분 및 전분 성분이 매트릭스 재료내에 1：4∼4：1의 중량비로 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 매트릭스 재료가 유동화제로서 알디톨의 폴리글리콜 에테르, 또는 C12∼C22지방산으로 에스테르화된 폴리글리세롤을 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 유동화제의 알디톨이 소르비톨, 크실리톨 및 만니톨로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 유동화제의 폴리글리콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 조성물.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동화제가 매트릭스 재료의 중량에 대해 0.1∼10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한항의 조성물로 제조된 성형품.
