Abstract

본 발명의 블록을 형성하지 않는 핫멜트접착제는, (a)접착제조성물과 함께 용융가능하고, 이 용융된 접착제 조성물내로 혼합가능한 플라스틱필름을 히티싱크로 이루어지거나 히트싱크에 접하는 강성 주형에 라이닝하고, (B)용융된 핫멜트 접착제를 라이닝된 주형에 부어 넣고, (C)용융된 핫멜트접착제를 고체화시키는 단계에 의해 제조된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 접착제조성물과 함께 용융가능하고, 이 용융된 접착제조성물내로 혼합가능한 필름으로 히트싱크 또는 히트싱크에 접하는 강성 주형에 라이닝하고, 용융된 핫멜트접착제를 라이닝된 주형에 부어 넣고, 용융된 핫멜트접착제를 고체화하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강성 주형은 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔/스티렌 폴리머 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 강성 주형은 금속기판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강성 주형은 히트싱크를 형성하는 셀룰로스기판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제의 포장방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 핫멜트접착제는 압감(壓感)핫멜트접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름은 에틸렌계 폴리머, 폴리아미드, 폴리부타디엔 고무, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 어택틱 폴리-알파-올레핀, 열가소성 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아클릴로니트릴 및 그 코폴리머, 폴레메틸 펜텐, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 방향족 폴리우레탄, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 및 폴리비닐 방향족 고무 블록 코폴리머의 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 또는 비닐 아세테이트를 10중량%까지 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름은 접착제질량의 0.2~1.0중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 히트싱크는 금속 주형을 냉각 액체 수조에 위치시킴으로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 히트싱크는 주형의 내부를 가요성의 습윤된 흡수성 기판으로 라이닝함으로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 기판은 셀룰로스, 스폰지 또는 펠트재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 2개의 고체화된 접착제 블록의 상측의 라이닝되지 않은 표면을 상호 직접 접하도록 위치시켜서 2중의 블록을 형성하지 않는 접착제를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트접착제조성물의 포장방법.
  13. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 블록을 형성하지 않는 핫멜트접착제.
  14. 제12항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 블록을 형성하지 않는 핫멜트접착제.
