Abstract

본 발명은 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트(sheet)으 지지체 및 그 위에 생성된 감열 발색층(thermal color-developing layer)으로 구성된 감열 기록재료(thermal recording material)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 감열 기록재료는 매우 민감하여 이미지(image)의 내구성이 탁월하고, 열에 의한 포깅(fogging)이 낮다. 플리스티렌의 음식 용기 및 포장재에 라벨(lbel)로서 사용되는 경우 라벨을 제거할 필요없이리사이클(recycle)할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 그것은 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트의 코로나(corona) 처리로 인하여 우수한 내수성(water resistance)을 가진다.

Claims (9)

  1. 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트의 지지체 및 그 위에 형성된, 열에 의해 발색될 수있는 물질을 함유하는 감열 발색층을 포함하는 감열 기록재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트의 표면이 35dyn/cm 이상의 습윤 표면 장력을 갖는 감열 기록재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트의 표면이 코로나-처리된 감열 기록재료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열에 의해 발색될 수 있는 물질이 무색 또는 미색의 색-형성 화합물, 및 색-형성 화합물이 열에 의해 발색되도록 하는 발색 화합물로 구성된 감열 기록재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트가 2-축 배향(biaxial orientation)된 감열 기록재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트가 0.7 내지 0.02g/㎠의 겉보기 밀도를 갖는 감열 기록재료.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감열 발색층이 스티렌 폴리머 결합재를 함유하는 감열 기록재료.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포된 폴리스티렌 시트의 지지체가 그의 한면에 감열 발색층을 가지고 다른 면에 접착체 층을 가진 감열 기록 재료.
  9. 제8항에서 정의된 감열 기록재료로 만들어진 접착식 라벨.
