Abstract

결정성 폴리올레핀(a) 50 내지 90중량%, 융점이 결정성 폴리올레핀(a)보다 낮은 열가소성 수지 (b) 50 내지 10중량% 및 수지성 성분들의 중량합을 기준으로 0 내지 35중량%의 무기 미세분말(c)을 포함하는 수지성 성분을 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 기층(A)과 무기 미세분말(d) 20 내지 80중량%와 결정성 폴리올레핀(e) 80내지 20중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어지고 기층(A)의 하나 이상의 면에 형성하는 표층(8)을 포함하는 적층 필름을 각각의 충에 많은 독립적인 미세공극을 형성시키기 위하여 결정성 폴리을레핀(a)의 융점보다 낮고 결정성 폴리을레핀(e)의 융점보다 낮으면서 열가소성 수지 (b)의 융점보다는 높은 온도에서 3 내진 10의 연신비로 일축 연신하여 수득한 일축 연신 다층 필름.

일축 연신 다층 필름 및 이를 함유하는 항공 수화물 택
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 항공 수화물 택 (tag)의 한가지 실시양태의 단면도이다,
제2도는 본 발명에 따르는 항공 수화물 택의 평면도이다.
제3도는 제2도에 도시한 항공 수화물 택의 배면을 도시한것이다,
제4도는 수화물 태의 배면으로부터 박리되어 자체-접착제층을 노출시켜 접착제충을 재공하는 박리지를 갖는 제2도에 도시한 항공 수화물 택의 배면을 수화물 택, 분실물 수색 조회장(trace tag) 및 수화물 상환중(claim tag)으로 세분하여 도시한 것이다,
제5도는 수화물에 부착된 항공 수화물 택을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 결정성 폴리올레핀(a) 50 내지 90중량%, 융점이 결정성 폴리올레핀(a)보다 낫은 열가소성 수지 (b) 50내지 10중량% 및 수지성 성분들의 중량합을 기준으로하여 0 내지 35중량%의 무기 미세분말(c)을 포함하는 수지성 성분을 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 기층(A)과 무기 미세분말(d) 20내지 80중량%와 결정성 폴리올레핀(e) 80내지 20중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어지고 기층(A)의 하나 이상의 면에 형성되는 표층(B)을 포함하는 적층 필름을 결정성 폴리올레핀(a)의 융점보다 낮고 결정성 폴리올레핀(e)의 융점보다 낮으면서 열가소성 수지 (b)의 융점보다는 높은 온도에서 3내지 10의 연신비로 일축 연신하여 수득한 일축 연신 다층필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀(a) 및 (e)는 각각 융점이 160 내지 180℃이고 용융 유량이 0.5 내지 20g/10분인 프로필렌 단독중합체이고, 열가소성 수지 (b)는 융점이 80 내지 125℃인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 일축 연신 다층 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공극율이 10 내지 60%인 일축 연신 다층 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 엘멘도르프 인열강도가, 연신방향으로 15 내지 80g이고 연신방향에 대하여 수직 방향으로는 100 내지 600g인 일축 연신 다층 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기층(A)의 두께가 20 내지 300㎛이고 표층(B)의 두께가 1 내지 100㎛이며 일축 연신 다층 필름의 전체 두께가 30 내지 400㎛인 일축 연신 다층 필름.
  6. 공극율이 10 내지 60%이고 연신방향으로 측정한 엔멜도르프 인열강도(ASTM D-1922-61T)가 15 내지 80g이고 연신방향에 대하여 수직인 방향(횡방향)으로 측정한 엘멘도르프인 열강도가 100 내지 600g인 제1항에서 청구한 일축 연신 다층 필름으로 이루어진 기재층(I), 바 코드를 지니는 기록층(Ⅱ), 자체-접착제층(Ⅲ) 및 박리지층(Ⅳ)을 포함하며, 바 코드를 이용하여 관리하는 항공 수화물 택.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기록층(Ⅱ)이 감열성 기록층, 열전사 수상층(heat transfer image-receiving layer) 및 레이저 프린팅용 피복층으로부터 선택되는 항공 수화물 택.
